Kerbit Collective ( self proclaimed Cult ) Overview
Pro-American / Crypto-Focused & Anti-Canadian Regulation

- Sports Corruption has been detected in Canada affecting multiple provinces due to a coordinated effort by a select group ( a self proclaimed cult - "Kerbit Collective" ) of Canadians utilizing elements of fraud and coercion to facilitate dishonest administration of tricking battle events, infiltration and fraudulent partnerships with above ground businesses, as well as a system of targeting, recruiting & grooming potential members to be inducted into their organization (including children) without registration or express awareness, which is evidenced to be strengthening a business relationship with an American organization called US Tricking despite this being done on a semi-official capacity. The Kerbit Collective is being funded by an unknown source in order to slowly but visibly and systematically gain power over developing Canadian Communities, and directing the growth of those communities towards the United States, without the full awareness and consent of Canadians, while evading Canadian laws related to business administration as well as sports regulations, for sanctioning legitimate competitions & abiding by safe practices and reporting practices in Canadian sports.

- Often as a result of involvement from members of the Kerbit Collective using political ties to Canadian Community, the American organization "Vertigo Tricking" seems to gain partnership and formally runs the events, hiring the Kerbit Collective but not clearly indicating so ( and denies collaboration with the organization ).

- Canadian Tricking Businesses and Canadian Government is not fully aware of what was happening as cult activities are done on the "underground" level and on the internet is where their identity was confirmed to exist most visibly. Marketing is intentionally skewed by the cult in order to make a false representation of the group depending on the location/situation. Often times legitimate businesses are used ( Air Handlers Montreal Studio as an example ). The organization has multiple layers to it for members being inducted to be brought into. There is a hierarchy and central "figure" in Avery King being the front of the organization going by the anonymous name " Kerbit " or " Kerb ".

- Canadians who oppose this system are discriminated against and/or coerced out of the community by groups who function as gangs who support the Cult and it's aims. American group BBB also supports this american-backed initiative supporting the cult's activities.

- Different methods of luring Canadians down this pathway are financial, sexual & drug motivated based on evidence.

- The Kerbit Collective tends to have a preference towards popular crypto-currencies such as Bitcoin and network with other members of their affiliate organizations to discuss and promote the circulation of crypto-currency within the sport. ( Crypto-currency is not inherently illegal to use, but can be used for illegal business dealings ).

- Public awareness and education are being raised at this time and mitigating forces are being employed to protect Canadians & innocents abroad.

- Other Nations have been impacted and warnings have been sent.

Introduction

Grassroots to Amateur to Professional Tricking in Canada

Before getting into why the development of the Canadian Tricking Community has been under threat, the writer would first like to indicate that as a Tricker starting in the year 2007 and entering into the sport ( Tricking is a new sport .. about 25 years old here in Canada ) the writer witnessed the natural lifestyle of a Tricker & how communities form over time organically

The writer recognizes that Tricking has no current formal governing body, and that the development of the sport is still continuing to evolve & that communities form naturally, often comparing the developments of other communities from other parts of the world and replicating or improving upon our own as time goes on

Athletes that are attracted to tricking are highly competitive in nature, and in some cases come from a background where there is less education, and potentially difficult upbringings. Tricking can be a crutch and source for positive character and fitness development, and serves as a pathway for goal-setting and being proud to achieve one's accomplishments

The primary issue has to do with awareness that Tricking is unregulated and that for some people who have a position of influence, that it is being used for unethical and illegal purposes, which run contrary to what Sports Governing Bodies are supposed to regulate

Other international organizations, some legitimate, others underground still, are connected to communities here in Canada & are influencing athletes with incentives despite the lack of formal structure

It is necessary for Canadians to cooperate and first establish ourselves legitimately, before we can cooperate with other sports bodies, for safety and legal purposes

The purpose of this article is to bring awareness to this subject matter and ultimately to advocate for a Pro-Canadian, Official Team Canada & Legitimate Canadian National Event with athletes that genuinely play for their country, and where athletes develop a sense of honour & respect for what the foundation of competitions represent. Canadians have the potential to be positive rolemodels on the world's stage and just need the support & encouragement to get there

Another purpose is in preventing corruption and poor conduct

There are plenty of talented individuals who simply need proper guidance and a pathway into and out of the sport without having to be put at risk of being exploited  and/or being harmed

This is a long article highlighting the current landscape in Tricking in Canada & recognizing the successes but also developing strategies to help remedy existing issues

To know which particular tier of athlete one might be, please see the below list of generalized tiers which apply to various sports

 1. Grassroots Level

Definition:

  • Entry-level participation — community-based, local clubs, schools, or recreation centres.

  • Focus: Participation, inclusion, skill development, and fun (not competition for money).

Examples:

  • Local soccer or hockey leagues.

  • School or community centre sports programs.

  • Recreational weekend leagues.

Purpose:

  • To introduce the sport, build basic skills, and promote social/community engagement.

2. Developmental or Competitive Amateur

Definition:

  • Organized competition beyond casual recreation but still non-professional.

  • Athletes may compete regionally, provincially, or nationally but do not receive salaries.

  • Often linked to amateur associations or provincial sport organizations (PSOs).

Examples:

  • Provincial championships.

  • University/college sports (U Sports, CCAA, NCAA).

  • National amateur tournaments governed by sport federations.

Purpose:

  • To develop athletic performance and competitive standards.

  • To prepare athletes for professional or elite pathways.

3. Semi-Professional

Definition:

  • A middle ground where athletes may receive some payment or sponsorships, but not enough for full-time income.

  • Leagues are often commercialized but smaller scale.

Examples:

  • Minor hockey leagues, semi-pro soccer or basketball teams.

  • Regional circuits with prize money but not large salaries.

Purpose:

  • To bridge the gap between amateur and professional levels.

4. Professional Level

Definition:

  • Full-time athletes and teams who compete for money, sponsorship, and rankings.

  • Governed by professional leagues, associations, and commercial contracts.

  • Heavy regulation, media involvement, and global audience.

Examples:

  • NHL, NBA, MLS, MLB, UFC, Formula 1, Premier League.

  • Endorsement and broadcasting revenue drive operations.

Purpose:

  • To maintain elite performance and entertainment value while ensuring athlete contracts, wages, and rights.

 5. International / Elite High-Performance

Definition:

  • The top tier of national and international representation — athletes selected to represent countries.

  • Governed by national federations and international governing bodies (e.g., IOC, FIFA, World Athletics).

Examples:

  • The Olympics, World Championships, Commonwealth Games, etc.

Purpose:

  • To showcase the highest level of athletic performance and national pride.

Definition of a Sports League

A sports league is an organized group or system that manages regular competition between teams or individual athletes who play the same sport under a common set of rules.

Think of it as the framework that keeps a sport structured, fair, and ongoing.

 1. Basic definition

A sports league is:

“An association of teams or athletes that competes in a structured schedule of games or events, governed by shared rules and overseen by an administrative body.”

It provides the schedule, rules, ranking system, and governance for ongoing play.

 2. Key features of a sports league

Membership - Teams, clubs, or individuals that register or qualify to compete.

Governing body - A central authority that sets rules, resolves disputes, and enforces discipline (e.g., NHL, FIFA, NBA).

Competition schedule - A structured calendar (regular season + playoffs/tournaments).

Rules & regulations - Standardized competition rules, conduct codes, eligibility rules.

Ranking system - Standings, points, or win-loss records to measure performance.

Revenue model - Ticket sales, media rights, sponsorships, licensing, etc.

3. The Legal Framework

Sports leagues are typically governed under contract, association, and competition law.
They can be:

  • Sanctioned (approved) by an official governing body.

  • Independent (unsanctioned, private, or commercial).

This legal recognition determines how they can interact with other leagues — or if they must remain exclusive.

4. Major Types of Sports Leagues

Grassroots / Community Leagues

  • Run by municipalities, schools, or local clubs.

  • Focused on participation and development, not business.

  • Usually open and non-exclusive — players can join multiple leagues.

  • Governed by local recreation boards or community associations.

Legal note: Minimal regulation beyond liability and safety standards.

Amateur Leagues

  • Governed by National or Provincial Sport Organizations (NSOs/PSOs) — e.g., Hockey Canada, Athletics Canada.

  • Must follow the rules of the national federation and international federation (e.g., FIFA, IOC).

  • Players are usually restricted from participating in non-sanctioned events (to maintain eligibility).

Example:
If you play in a non-Hockey Canada league, you can lose eligibility for sanctioned tournaments.

Legal relationship:
Amateur leagues are exclusive to their governing body but can feed into professional systems via drafts or talent pipelines.

Collegiate / University Leagues

  • Governed by academic athletic associations (e.g., U Sports, NCAA, CCAA).

  • Athletes must maintain amateur status — cannot be paid professionally.

  • Players often move from college → professional leagues once eligibility ends.

Legal relationship:

  • Crossovers between collegiate and professional leagues are sequential, not simultaneous.

  • Players risk eligibility if they sign professional contracts too early.

Semi-Professional Leagues

  • Hybrid systems — may pay stipends or partial salaries.

  • Operate outside amateur restrictions, but often recognized by NSOs.

  • Often serve as feeder systems or development leagues for professionals.

Example:
Canadian Premier League (CPL) in soccer or minor hockey leagues under the CHL.

Legal relationship:
They can affiliate with or license from professional leagues but maintain separate governance.

Professional Leagues

  • Operate as private businesses or franchises.

  • Governed by commercial contracts, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and competition law.

  • Exclusive memberships — teams and players sign contracts that restrict outside participation.

Examples: NHL, NBA, MLB, UFC.

Legal relationship:

  • They can license, partner, or affiliate with lower leagues (e.g., AHL with NHL).

  • Cross-league competition is usually blocked by contracts and exclusivity clauses.

International & Olympic Federations

  • These are umbrella organizations (e.g., IOC, FIFA, World Athletics) that govern global competition.

  • Recognize national federations (e.g., Hockey Canada → IIHF).

  • Only sanctioned athletes can compete internationally.

Legal relationship:

  • Cross-over requires mutual recognition between federations.

  • Unapproved (“breakaway”) leagues may result in suspension or ineligibility for sanctioned events (like the Olympic ban threat to Super League soccer clubs).

Definition of Governing Body in Sports

A sports governing body is an organization that sets the rules, standards, and structure for how a particular sport is played, managed, and developed — usually at the local, national, or international level.

It’s the official authority that regulates competition, safety, eligibility, and integrity in that sport.

1. Legitimate sports governing body behaviour

Sports require a central authority to maintain fairness, safety, and standardization.
For example:

  • Setting rules of play and equipment standards.

  • Organizing competitions and ranking systems.

  • Regulating doping, discipline, and eligibility.

  • Ensuring athlete welfare and safety protocols.

This is legal and fair when:

  1. Purpose: The rules are made to ensure fair play and integrity, not to exclude rivals or enrich insiders.

  2. Transparency: The processes are open — e.g., published rulebooks, selection criteria, and appeal mechanisms.

  3. Accountability: The body is democratically structured (members can vote, decisions can be appealed).

  4. Fair access: Anyone meeting objective criteria can participate.

  5. Public interest: Decisions align with athlete safety, integrity, or sport development — not private gain.

A national gymnastics federation requires all judges to pass a standard certification exam.
→ That’s governing behaviour: it ensures consistent judging standards, not economic exclusion.

Definition of Sports Corruption

The most neutral and internationally recognized definition of sports corruption comes from intergovernmental and sport integrity organizations such as the

United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and INTERPOL.

Here’s a concise, internationally accepted formulation:

"Sports corruption refers to any act or omission that improperly influences or attempts to influence the outcome, integrity, or fair conduct of a sporting activity for undue advantage—whether financial, personal, or organizational."

This definition can be broken down neutrally as:

  • “Any act or omission” — includes both active misconduct (e.g., match-fixing, bribery) and passive failures (e.g., willful ignorance or cover-ups).

  • “Improperly influences or attempts to influence” — focuses on intent and effect, not just legality.

  • “Outcome, integrity, or fair conduct” — applies broadly, from athlete performance to administrative decisions.

  • “For undue advantage” — covers financial, political, reputational, or other unfair gains.

Definition of Fraud in Sports

1. Legal Definition (Canada)

Under Section 380(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada, fraud means:

“Everyone who, by deceit, falsehood, or other fraudulent means, whether or not it is a false pretence, defrauds the public or any person of any property, money, valuable security or service...”

So if you lie about identity, team status, qualifications, or purpose to get money from a public fund (municipal, provincial, or federal) — that’s criminal fraud.

2. Examples in a Sports Context

Fraud could include:

  • Claiming to be an official team or federation when you’re not;

  • Using someone else’s identity or title to qualify for funding;

  • Forging documents or inflating budgets for grant applications;

  • Misrepresenting event participants or affiliations to receive travel, sponsorship, or government support;

  • Hiding conflicts of interest or private profit motives while claiming “non-profit” status.

All of these amount to obtaining money or benefits under false pretences, which is a criminal offence and can also result in civil liability (you can be sued to return the funds).

Definition of Conflict of Interest

If a judge, organizer, or official has any connection to an athlete or team, even informal, that relationship can:

  • Bias their scoring or decision-making, or

  • Create the appearance of bias (which is just as damaging).

That’s a conflict of interest (COI).
It doesn’t matter if the team is “unofficial” — if there’s a personal, financial, or coaching link, it must be disclosed and managed

  • A judge has coached or trained an athlete privately
  • A judge is a former or current teammate of an athlete (even unofficially)

  • A judge or organizer runs an affiliated gym, crew, or media brand that benefits when a certain athlete wins

  • A “crew” or unofficial team coordinates scores or outcomes with officials

That’s textbook conflict of interest and can fall under “corruption of competition integrity” in sport ethics frameworks

Definition of Match Fixing

Match fixing is the illegal or unethical act of manipulating the outcome or specific events within a sports match before or during play, usually for financial gain or competitive advantage.

Key elements of match fixing:

  • Predetermined outcome or event: Players, referees, coaches, or other stakeholders intentionally influence the final result or parts of the game (e.g., number of goals, point spreads).

  • Involvement of insiders: Those with the ability to directly affect the game (players, officials, etc.) are typically involved.

  • Often linked to betting or corruption: Fixers may profit through illegal gambling markets, or someone might fix a match to help a team advance or avoid relegation.

  • Violation of sporting integrity: It undermines fair play and the trust of fans, athletes, and governing bodies.

Definition of Money Laundering

Money laundering is the process of taking money obtained through illegal activities (such as drug trafficking, fraud, corruption, or organized crime) and making it appear as though it came from legitimate, legal sources. The goal is to “clean” the money so that it can be used openly without raising suspicion from law enforcement or financial institutions.

The Process Usually Happens in Three Stages:

  1. Placement – The illegal money is first introduced into the financial system, for example by depositing it into a bank account, buying casino chips, or mixing it with legal business earnings.

  2. Layering – The money is moved around through complex transactions to make it difficult to trace. This might involve wire transfers, multiple bank accounts, offshore accounts, shell companies, or buying and reselling assets.

  3. Integration – The money is reintroduced into the economy as seemingly legitimate funds. At this point, it might be used to buy real estate, luxury goods, investments, or businesses without attracting attention.

Why It’s Illegal:

Money laundering is a crime because it helps criminals benefit from illegal activities and continue operating without being caught. It also harms the financial system by enabling corruption, organized crime, and terrorism.

In Most Countries (including Canada):

Money laundering is a serious criminal offense that can result in imprisonment, heavy fines, and asset seizure. Financial institutions are required by law to report suspicious transactions and verify customer identities to detect and prevent laundering.

Definition of a Cartel in Sports

1. Economic or Structural “Sports Cartel” (Legal/Antitrust meaning)

A sports cartel in this context means a closed or collusive system of sports organizations that controls access, resources, and opportunities in a way that restricts competition — similar to how a business cartel controls a market.

A sports cartel is a network of governing bodies, leagues, or associations that coordinate policies or practices to limit fair competition, restrict athlete movement, or monopolize event organization for economic or political benefit.

Common characteristics:

  • Exclusivity: Only certain clubs, teams, or athletes are allowed to compete or be recognized.

  • Coordinated control: Decisions about who can host events, join federations, or receive funding are tightly controlled by a few leaders.

  • Suppression of rivals: Independent groups or “breakaway” events are punished, blacklisted, or excluded.

  • Collusion on pay or eligibility: Agreements between teams or leagues to cap wages or restrict transfers.

  • Monopolization: The group monopolizes sponsorship, broadcast, or government funding channels.

Legal issues:

Under Canadian and international law, such behaviour can breach competition law:

  • Canada’s Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34) prohibits price-fixing, market allocation, and collusion.

  • The EU, UK, and U.S. antitrust laws have also prosecuted sports bodies for cartel-like conduct.

If all major tricking event organizers secretly agree to blacklist independent athletes or refuse to sanction non-member events — that’s cartel behaviour in an antitrust sense.

2. Criminal “Sports Cartel” (Organized Crime meaning)

In a darker sense, “cartel” can also refer to a criminally organized group infiltrating or controlling parts of a sport — similar to a drug or betting cartel, but focused on power, influence, and money laundering through sport.

Traits of a criminal sports cartel:

  • Control through coercion or threats: Using fear, harassment, or defamation to control members or silence critics.

  • Corrupt event management: Manipulating competitions, prize pools, or judging.

  • Shell organizations: Creating “fake” events or front companies to move or clean money.

  • Cross-border coordination: Using international affiliations to obscure financial flows or legitimacy.

  • Retaliation or exclusion tactics: Targeting whistleblowers or journalists.

These groups might appear legitimate (e.g., “sports associations” or “communities”) but operate like organized crime networks.

Definition of a Criminal Organization

There isn’t a single, universally accepted legal definition of “underground criminal organization,” because laws vary by country and jurisdictions usually use terms like “criminal organization,” “organized crime group,” or “criminal enterprise.” However, the term “underground” typically refers to the secretive or covert nature of the group.

A general definition:

An underground criminal organization is a covert, structured group of individuals who collaborate over time to commit serious crimes for financial, political, or territorial gain, while deliberately operating in secrecy to avoid detection by authorities.

Definition of a Cult

A cult is generally understood as a group or movement that is centered around a shared belief system, often led by a charismatic leader, and that tends to use manipulative or controlling practices to maintain influence over its members.

Cult vs. Religion or Supportive Group

Not all intense belief groups are cults. A legitimate religion or spiritual group typically:

  • Allows personal freedom and outside contact.

  • Encourages individual thought.

  • Has transparency in finances and leadership.

  • Does not punish questioning or dissent harshly.

A cult, in contrast, often suppresses individuality and critical thinking, demanding devotion over personal autonomy or well-being.

Definition of Human Trafficking in Sports

Human trafficking in sports refers to the exploitation of athletes—often minors or vulnerable individuals—through force, fraud, coercion, deception, or abuse of power for profit or control. It can happen in both professional and amateur sports, and is often linked to international recruitment, illegal migration, labor exploitation, sexual abuse, or forced athletic participation.

This is increasingly recognized by organizations like UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) and INTERPOL, which highlight sport as a vulnerability point for trafficking and exploitation.

Definition of a Romeo Pimp

A “Romeo pimp” is a term used in law enforcement and anti-trafficking work to describe a pimp or trafficker who uses romance, affection, and emotional manipulation—rather than immediate threats—to recruit and control victims.

It’s one of the most common grooming methods used in human trafficking.

Here’s what the term means in clear, safe, non-graphic language:

A Romeo pimp:

  • Pretends to be a boyfriend

  • Shows affection, attention, and support at first

  • Gradually builds emotional dependency

  • Then shifts to control, isolation, and exploitation

  • Uses love, guilt, obligation, manipulation, and emotional pressure rather than overt violence (at least early on)

This method is also called “boyfriend-style trafficking.”

Common stages (used in many police frameworks):

  1. Targeting

    • Looks for vulnerability (low self-esteem, financial stress, unstable home, etc.)

  2. Grooming & Romance

    • Presents as the “perfect partner”

    • Gives gifts, attention, affection

    • Makes the victim feel special and understood

  3. Isolation

    • Encourages cutting ties with friends/family

    • Makes victim dependent on the “relationship”

  4. Manipulation & Control

    • Uses emotional leverage:

      • “If you love me, you’ll help me.”

      • “This is just temporary.”

    • May introduce threats gradually

  5. Exploitation

    • Pressures victim into prostitution, escorting, online sexual activity, or other commercial exploitation

    • Frames it as a sacrifice for the relationship

Definition of Blackmail Operations

A blackmail operation refers to a deliberate scheme or campaign in which a person or group obtains or threatens to reveal damaging, embarrassing, or incriminating information about someone in order to force them to do (or not do) something—typically to gain power, money, compliance, or influence.

Key Elements of a Blackmail Operation

  1. Targeting: An individual or group is chosen—often someone with something to lose (e.g., reputation, career, legal status).

  2. Collection or fabrication of leverage: The blackmailer gains access to sensitive information (real or falsified), e.g.:

    • Personal secrets

    • Illegal activities

    • Compromising photos/videos

    • Scandals or misconduct

  3. Threat: The blackmailer threatens to publicly expose the information unless demands are met.

  4. Coercion: The target is pressured into acting in the blackmailer’s interests—financially, politically, sexually, or behaviorally.

  5. Execution or prevention of exposure: If the target complies, exposure may be withheld; if not, the damaging info may be released.

Definition of Shadow Government

A shadow government can mean different things depending on the context—some legitimate, some conspiratorial, and some specific to political systems. Here are the main recognized meanings:

 1. Legitimate Political Meaning (Parliamentary Systems)

In countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, and others with Westminster-style parliamentary systems, a shadow government (or shadow cabinet) is a formal and legal part of the opposition.

  • It consists of senior members of the main opposition party.

  • Each “shadow minister” mirrors a government minister (e.g., Shadow Minister of Finance).

  • Their job is to scrutinize government actions and propose alternative policies.
This is a normal, democratic institution.

 2. Illicit/Conspiratorial Meaning

In political discussions or conspiracy theories, a shadow government refers to:

A secret, unofficial group believed to control or heavily influence government decisions behind the scenes without public accountability.

  • Often thought to involve powerful elites, corporations, criminal networks, intelligence agencies, or foreign actors.

  • This usage is speculative or conspiratorial—claims of such a “shadow government” are often unproven or exaggerated.

 3. Clandestine Control by Criminal or Foreign Networks

In serious national security contexts, a shadow government can refer to:

A covert network (e.g., organized crime, extremist groups, foreign intelligence operations) that infiltrates or unduly influences official government structures.

  • This is discussed in corruption, foreign interference, or state capture scenarios.

  • In political science, this is sometimes referred to as state capture, deep corruption, or parallel power structures.

 4. Emergency or Resistance Structure (War/Occupation Context)

In resistance movements or war conditions, a “shadow government” may refer to:

An underground or exiled leadership preparing to take control if the current government collapses or is overthrown.

Definition of Terrorism

An intimidation racket refers to a scheme or organized operation where individuals or groups use threats, coercion, or violence to:

  • control people or businesses,

  • extract money (“protection” payments), or

  • maintain dominance over a territory or activity.

This is closely related to extortion and protection rackets — both criminal offences in Canada and other countries.

Definition of Protection Racket

A protection racket is a form of organized extortion in which a person or group demands payment or compliance in exchange for protection — usually protection from harm that the same group threatens to cause.

Here’s a breakdown:

1. General Definition

A protection racket is:

A criminal scheme where individuals or organizations obtain money, property, or services from others by claiming they will protect them from danger — typically a danger created or controlled by the perpetrators themselves.

In simple terms:

“Pay us, and nothing bad will happen to you.”
(The “bad thing” usually being the very harm that the racketeers would inflict.)

2. Typical Features

Threat or implied violence - The racketeers threaten to damage property, hurt people, or interfere with business.

Offer of protection - They promise to prevent those harms — if the victim pays or cooperates.

Recurring payments - Victims often pay regularly (weekly or monthly) for continued “protection.”

Organized structure - Usually operated by gangs, cartels, or criminal organizations.

3. Under Canadian Law

While “protection racket” is not a specific named offence in the Criminal Code of Canada, it falls under several serious crimes:

  • Extortion (s. 346)

Using threats, accusations, menaces, or violence to obtain something from another person.
→ This is the core of a protection racket.

  • Intimidation (s. 423)

Using threats to compel or prevent lawful action.

  • Criminal organization offences (ss. 467.11–467.13)

For participating in or directing organized crime.

Canadian History - Part 1

Original Tricking Gatherings

Canadian Owned & Operated

Tricking is an internet based sport

It's culture & history are recorded and various archives are the museums and schools where athletes can receive their education. The internet is used for athletes to discover one another and find or build communities to participate and train in the sport. It is unique in that contributors come from various countries, from various disciplines & contribute in different ways

Here is the development of the Toronto & Canadian Gatherings / Battle Events from all around Canada

2003 - The Original Toronto Gathering

Tricking first began to form amongst sports karate practitioners in the 1980s & 1990s in the USA, and in the year 2000 the first competition that gave Tricking ( at the time called XMA or eXtreme Martial Arts ) a chance to showcase

Tricking competitions at the time were hosted by an organization called the North American Sports Karate Association ( NASKA ) and the battle events were called XKC ( eXtreme Kicks Contests )
These contests appeared to be exclusive to members of the Sports Karate association

Non-professional athletes who saw videos online that were being shared in the late 1990s started to learn what would soon be called Tricking on their own, often in their backyards or local dojos and a website called TricksTutorials.com became a place where people from anywhere in the world could watch tutorials and the forum was a place where you could meet others, post samplers & have debates/discussions. Learning naturally without having a martial arts background created the term "Backyard Tricker"

Even in the early 1990s there were Canadians who were using the internet, which was new at the time, to create their own websites and share videos of Tricking amongst the small network of people who began to learn about it

Small communities and teams formed, and the next logical step occured which was hosting get togethers to share their love and generate cherished experiences related to this newly emerging interest

In 2003, Shido Xen was the first known (non-karate-sanctioned) event organizer to create a Tricking Gathering, called the "Toronto Gathering"

It was comprised of primarily self taught Trickers. Shido was part of the Toronto based Tricking team called Xen Dynasty, and Jujimufu ( the owner of TricksTutorials, an american athlete ) and a handful of his friends from different parts of Canada, USA & Europe attended and held jam sessions together around the city of Toronto

The Toronto Gatherings became a yearly tradition started by Xen Dynasty and a cultural phenomenon that inspired many athletes,
before long, various communities around the world would also begin to host their own local gatherings, which were mostly focused on local meet ups but some became international sensations, such as Loopkicks in California, USA

A few videos of the Toronto Gatherings

2003 - Team Loopkicks

Tricking has had a thriving culture in the United States since before Canadians got into it, but one of the best compliments and credit that was given to Canadians by the Americans was the recognition of having inspired the original Loopkicks Camp after the founders saw and wanted to replicate the original Toronto Gathering

Loopkicks became synonymous with Tricking itself in the early 2000s

For people who were just getting into the sport, it was well understood that if anyone wanted to participate and learn to Trick, that the Loopkicks Camp was a place that anyone could attend and many from around the world did attend and received the most up-to-date knowledge and learned from some of the best in the world at that point in Tricking history

2003 - Team Ryouko & Joe Eigo

One of the earliest known Canadian Trickers is one called Emerson Wong and he and his friends came together to form Team Ryouko in the early 2000s

Chris & James Mark, Ilan Rosenburg, Jeff Ong & Allen Keng to name a few members

Together they produced team samplers, with Chris Mark being the star of the team and face of the organization

Joe Eigo was also a Toronto based athlete who was pursuing this new form of movement

Both Team Ryouko & Joe Eigo put out content on youtube and their videos went viral, creating a burst of awareness for this sport called Tricking and helped to put Toronto on the map as a hot spot for Tricking

2007 - Creation of Team Impulse

A team called Impulse was originally created at one of the gyms where a member of Team Ryouko named Allen Keng had been hosting his own program called

MWF Night Madness ( Monday / Wednesday / Friday Night Madness )

Team Impulse formed naturally when the writer (David Milner), Nicco Miranda, Yusuf Ahmed, Adam Piatkowski, Peter Nguyen & a few others trained together at the gym called Steeles West, participating at the MWF program

There they eventually began to train and form a friendship group, progressing and graduating from the environment eventually

Within a year Team Impulse would go on to explore other open gym programs around the city of Toronto and trained in various locations

( The writer even attended Birchmount Gymnastics )

Birchmount is where the original Toronto Gathering was hosted and met with Xen Dynasty

The primary videographer at the time that Team Impulse was being created was a man named Nicco Miranda,

and it's safe to say that Team Impulse started because of him and his edits of the next generation athletes in the MWF community

See the below video for reference of Steeles West gym & community environment Nicco was involved in

2007 - Team Ryouko Summer Seminar

While Team Ryouko started off as a group of martial artists & dancers, forming their business from scratch meant leveraging their popularity into a customer base and so created their own martial arts program, which included Tricking which was still forming at the time

Team Ryouko would go on to partner with legitimate business establishments, such as Sunny Tang Martial Arts Studio and ran official programs in collaboration with the location, which included a registration process and seasonal membership. Training courses were designed based on a practitioners skill level and became a Canadian version of eXtreme Martial Arts ( XMA ) called XSD ( eXtreme Skills Development )

Team Ryouko would go on to be the 2nd host of the Toronto Gathering in the year 2007, and the writer did attend as a member of XSD and entered into the contest
This may have been the first Team Ryouko Gathering & possibly Canada's first ever Tricking Battle Event

The writer recalls several members of Team Impulse including Yusuf Ahmed, Peter Nguyen & Patrick Wu who attended, though at the time of this article it has been 17 or so years later

By 2008, if the writer recalls correctly,

Team Ryouko opened up it's own location called Ryouko Martial Arts in Scarborough, where they still run their program to this day

Although no footage can be easily recovered from the event, the below is a video of Taylor Chung, the athlete who if the writer recalls correctly was the 1st place winner of the seminar and the original champion of XSD ( and the Toronto Tricking Community by extention )

Though a beginner at Tricking at the time, the writer participated and placed in the Top 4, if recalled correctly

It should be noted that XSD, although containing elements of Tricking, is not Tricking. The Summer Seminar did have a Tricking Battle however and was aimed at the newer generation of Trickers & had a stunt-oriented element to it as well. Essentially it deviated athletes away from the primary storyline of Tricking taking place in the greater world outside of Toronto, which was focused on Team Loopkicks and the NASKA competitions, but also developing into it's own sport, without the requirement of any formal martial arts discipline in order to participate

Xen Dynasty began to fade out around this time, and the writer and Team Impulse were becoming the primary Toronto Tricking Community

The next generation of Toronto Trickers were emerging and become the central focus of the sport's development in Canada

2008 - David's Solo Tricking Tour

In 2007 the writer also met John Vanek, a tricker from Akron Ohio, who learned about Team Ryouko and visited Canada and trained together at Steeles West

The writer recognized Scotty Skelton, Vellu & Rasmus Ott as being amongst the top athletes in the field of that time period in the late 2000s

The writer began to deviate from Steeles West and began to pursue other facilities to train at in Toronto

The writer eventually found an open gym program in Scarborough at a gym called Gym Elites thanks to a member of Team Ryouko named Emerson Wong

Emerson Wong eventually stopped hosting an open gym program out of that gym, but the writer stayed and trained as it was a better facility than Steeles West

Tricking had become a pursuit to reach the level of the heroes at the time, not just in Canada but internationally as well. The writer did not remain at Steeles West forever, but chose to explore and meet with various members of the Toronto & Parkour communities at the time

Eventually, in 2008, the writer began travelling to train with John Vanek, Benjamin Atkins, Daniel Pitlock & their communities which are made up of American Trickers & many others who were around the Michigan / Ohio / Indiana area in the USA at the time

This earned the writer a guest title of being an honourary member of a team called "Everyday Heroes", a Michigan based Tricking Team

The writer also met many athletes at the Loopkicks Camp of 2008, which had the highest attendance from the most amount of countries in the history of the sport at that point, and at the time the Trickers who were the most focused on battling were there to have one of the best competitions of the time as well

It's safe to say that Loopkicks was the closest thing to a World Championships during that era, as it met very logical criteria, though lacked the formal and legal recognition due to the sport being new and emerging

After forming connections at Loopkicks Camp, the writer would travel to Europe and met and trained with Teddy Agnvik, Rasmus Ott and their associated communities in Sweden & Denmark in the winter of 2008

They were part of a team called DisasTrickz, which was a Scandinavian based team

In 2009, the writer returned to the USA for another rendition of the Midwest Gathering hosted by Benjamin Atkins, this time featuring Andy Rantuccio & Alex Hunter amongst many others

After continuing to train together & build community, this group served as the founding members of a team called NTBS ( Ninja Turtle Bomb Squad ) which would go on to support some of the strongest Tricking culture in the USA & internationally, springboarding the career of a prominent USA Tricker named "Michael Guthrie", who would go on to become the single best Tricker of his (our)  generation

Many of the athletes from the NASKA competitions began to transition towards backyard Tricking Gatherings & began to include a night show element of Battles & Performances in the USA and internationally a well. Communities from all around the world took inspiration and developed their own events and amateur battles. This is how Tricking began to form internationally

By 2009, the writer achieved the highest skill level that succeeded any other Tricker in the history of Toronto, possibly even Canada
( achieving Double Aerial Twist, Double Butterfly Twist & Double Cork ) aka Dub ABC or "Sir/Mr." status, a cultural phenomena started by Matthew Roberts from Scotland & popularized by Scotty Skelton of Australia

Having trained with what would become NTBS in Michigan/Indiana, travelling to Loopkicks in California ( an informal World Championships ) & Nakskov Yule Gathering ( In Denmark ) marks the furthest any Torontonian, possibly Canadian, has ever travelled for Tricking & constituted a proto-type Tricking Tour at that point

These are the first of informal Tricking accomplishments that established the writer as the first international force from this generation of Trickers representing Toronto Canada

informally a Champion of Canada

This era also signified the transition from one generation (Xen Dynasty & Team Ryouko) who developed the main story of Toronto originally to the next

(Team Impulse's), and as a successor community would go on to host the Toronto Gatherings

Below the writer ( black hair at the time ) featured in these videos
Infact in the thumbnail of two of them
These were uploaded about 17 years ago from outside sources

2010 - Panda (Toronto) Gathering & The Original Tricking Tour

In 2010 Team Impulse hosted their own version of the Toronto Gathering

The members did not have any competition in the area in terms of event hosting. Team Impulse was the prominent team during this era

Yusuf Ahmed became the 3rd host of the Toronto Gathering, inviting many of the trending athletes of the time, including many that the writer met in the USA & Europe It wasn't a battle event, but it did serve as a destination to a proto-type version of a Tour

NTBS also made it's way to Panda Gathering

Many of the international athletes within the same age demographic as the writer at the time ( 19 or so ) came to Panda Gathering

This marks a transition that solidified this newest generation as the primary community for Trickers, and the image of Tricking had changed from Martial Arts based to Backyard Tricking ( a balanced style of Tricking that wasn't too leanient towards martial arts, gymnastics or dance )

Panda was showcased in an edit by Pronobozo, a musician that collaborated with Yusuf Ahmed

2010 - Team Invincible

One of Canada's assists during the early 2010s was help in the rise of Team Invincible

Loopkicks was an all-star team consisting of some of the best athletes at the time, most notably Anis Cheurfa, Daniel Graham and Jeremy Marinas, however, as time went on the older generation would fade and the younger generation ( the same generation as the writer ) would come in and a new all-star team would form

Team Invincible was an international force of athletes comprised of
- Scotty Skelton ( Australia ) Captain
- Michael Guthrie ( USA )
- Vellu Saarela ( Finland )
- Rasmus Ott ( Denmark )
- Phill Gibbs ( Australia  )
- Kyle Skelly ( Scotland ) Battler / Artist
- James Daly ( Australia ) Creator / Lead Artist

Many members of Invincible would go on to battle & judge at events as well

Many of the original members of Team Invincible appeared to have recognized each other's rise on the popular forum TricksTutorials.com and at some point joined together, and the Toronto Gatherings was one place where Team Invincible athletes met each other in person and gained media attention

The Toronto Gatherings ( Panda & Kanga ) provided a slight assist with the formation of Team Invincible

Team Invincible was important because they represented the sport as the then version of what are otherwise cultural icons or positive rolemodels for the most part

At one point Team Loopkicks was synonymous with Tricking, this generation of Trickers had Team Invincible who became synonymous with Tricking

One cultural clue that the writer would like to express is the shared love for Anime, particularly Dragon Ball Z and noting that the popular character named "Goku" is one of Scotty Skeltons favourites. This would be an important detail later. Anime/Video game culture is widely loved by many individuals who are in this same generation's age demographic, and events related to Team Invincible would carry themes of popular Anime & Videogame references

In 2010 two guests who came to Panda Gathering,
Rasmus Ott & Vellu, members of Team Invincible on the tour, below is a video of them in New York at an event called Drednt, hosted by Jason Mello, just before coming to Toronto

In 2011, at Kanga Gathering, 2 other members of Team Invincible, Scotty Skelton and Kyle Skelly would go on the next iteration of the tour, see later on for details about that

2011 - Kanga (Toronto) Gathering & Tour continued

In 2011 Yusuf Ahmed hosted another event which was attempted to be similar in scale to Panda Gathering, called Kanga Gathering

In a similar fashion, Kanga brought in many international athletes who would go on the Tricking Tour

The focal point & primary guest athletes on the original Tour was mostly for Team Invincible & those that they went on the road with

The Tour featured a prominent athlete named Kyle Skelly

2011 - NTBS & The Tricker House ( on tour )

As previously stated,
what started off as a group of friends training together in 2008 at sessions and small-scale gatherings in and around the MidWest region of the United States, eventually evolved into a team (NTBS), and later the original members began to live together in Ohio at a place called "The Tricker House"

The writer was invited to live at the Tricker House, but declined the opportunity ( as a Canadian focusing on personal and career life outside of Tricking )

Team Invincible captain, Scotty Skelton would attend the Tricker House after visiting Toronto during his tour, which also featured Kyle Skelly as well as Michael Guthrie later on

2011 - Bubble Tea, Tempura & Tundra (mini) Gatherings

Another one of Yusuf's series of Toronto Gathering events, this time limited primarily to the members of the local Toronto Tricking Community

Yusuf would eventually move to British Colombia to pursue a career in the stunt industry not too long after these events

2012 - Taiga (mini) Gathering

In 2012 an event exclusive to pretty much just members of the Toronto Tricking Community was organized by Nicco Miranda

It was part of an initiative to rename Team Impulse to include more members and went by the name "The Tricker Friends" eventually

It did somewhat follow the name convention established by Yusuf which was animal themed ( Panda, Kanga, Taiga )

Mini Gatherings are essentially local meetups rather than events that involve multi-province/state attendance and/or international participants

Tricking was competitive but still did not contain battles yet

This was to continue to develop the culture of Tricking in the city and invited new participants and included new guests to participate in the activities

2012 - Kick Flip Twist Gathering Montreal

The Montreal Tricking community has been around for a long time and has always supported the Toronto Gatherings from the very beginning,

the next generation ( same generation as the writer ) launched their events as well and Team Impulse showed support as well

The writer continued to film & make community edits

2012 - X Swipe World Tour

The XSwipe World Tour appears to have been around from 2012 ~ 2014

It featured many of the trending athletes of the time who participated in the original Tricking Tour in 2010 & 2011

This was a tour that continued to support the development and showcase Tricking to the world, focused on the relationship of Team invincible and the group of travellers that accompanied them

It appears to be unrelated in terms of management, mainly focused on Europe but did appear to include stops in the USA

The XSwipe Tour is an evolution that expanded upon the original Tour that was primarily limited to Canada & USA

Canada was not part of the XSwipe Tour

This information is relevant to the development of the sport taking place outside of Canada and where Canada is in relation to it

It did include battles which were becoming more accessible to non-karate practitioners, and members of Team Invincible would go on to Battle / Judge if the writer recalls correctly

2013 - Toronto Team Sampler

Continuing the tradition of making Team Samplers and representing Toronto to the greater community

The writer undertook the initiative of arranging the members of Team Impulse of the modern day to submit clips and compiled a Team Sampler

2013 - Hunter (mini) Gathering

The Toronto Gathering returned in 2013 for the Hunter Gathering, which was dedicated to special guests Alex Hunter & Nick Fry

The event took place at Ryouko Martial Arts & the 1st version of the Monkey Vault

It served as a continued tradition of hosting athletes who were connected to the development of the Toronto and ever expanding Canadian Tricking Community, featuring visitors from Montreal, though it did not have a battle element and served as just a get together for the purposes of training

Mini Gathering organized by David Milner

2014 - The Saiyan Gathering

In 2014 the writer and Team Impulse continued the tradition of the Toronto Gathering, this time the theme was inspired by the popular japanese anime "Dragon Ball Z" called " The Saiyan Gathering " with special guest Scotty Skelton of Team Invincible & members of Everyday Heroes from the USA

Ottawa, which was a newer Tricking scene came out to the event, in addition to members from other provinces

This was the year that marks David Milner becoming the 4th host of the Toronto Gathering

Below is an edit of the event created by the Montreal based team who is best known by their modern day name Air Handlers Montreal

The event was intended to be a continuation and honour the tradition of the Panda Gathering & Toronto Gatherings

This event had no battle component and was not part of any tour

2015 - Goblin (mini) Gathering

Unable to locate footage of the event at this time, but this was hosted at RMA by Toronto Trickers to celebrate Emmanuel Skretas' birthday in 2015

2016 - Saiyan Gathering II

In & around late 2016 or early 2017, the writer was approached by a member of the Toronto Tricking Community named Daniel Teixeira, an athlete who is definitively one generation apart from the writer ( approximately 10 years younger ) and who was a fellow training partner

An informal team that marked that friendship was called Team DX ( David Milner & Daniel Teixeira ) who also were informal ( honourary ) members of an american team called Everyday Heroes ( that title was gained in 2008 for having trained with Everyday Heroes as Team NTBS was being formed, Daniel appeared to have earned membership at some point unknown to the writer )

Daniel Teixeira expressed interest in bringing back the Saiyan Gathering and requested permission
The writer provided encouragement and so Daniel Teixeira elected himself and became the 5th host of the Toronto Gathering in 2016

Eventually, the event was hosted, and the new generation of Everyday Heroes & Toronto Trickers ( and old ) attended to carry on the tradition

Though these events were competitive, there were still no battle elements to Canadian events being a priority yet

Based on observation, the event did not celebrate any members of Team Invincible at the time and was not connected to the tour at all

2016 & 2017 - A Good Ol' Canadian Gathering

Braeden McPherson hosted a Canadian Tricking Event in Vancouver, BC & Toronto, Ont in 2016 & 2017 respectively

This was a continued build up of Canadian Tricking Events featuring athletes from various provinces and continued the build up of Canadian Culture & the interconnectedness of provinces working together to host events and build the sport

Vaios Skretas was a co-organizer of the Toronto edition

The event resembles the Toronto Gathering as it consisted of participation of athletes that had previously been attending those events

The writer cannot confirm if there was a battle element to these events

2016 - The Garrison (United Kingdom)

The Garrison was started by a prominent Scottish athlete named Kyle Skelly, former member of Team Invincible, who gained notariety when he launched his own media and clothing brand called Plan Zero

Kyle Skelly was also an artist and web developer

The Garrison was the UK version of the Tricker House

Members of the Garrison included Kyle Skelly, Sean Sevestre, Alex Omidvar and Sam Kojo Plummer

This information is relevant because Kyle Skelly, who was on the tour in 2011 at Kanga Gathering, would work with members of the Garrison, who formed an organization called Kojos Trick Lab

The Garrison would go on to carry on the tradition of the tour but feature other athletes as Team Invincible was moving on by this point in Tricking,

the UK influenced version of the tour would be centered around Kojos Trick Lab and it's affiliates

2017 - Kojos Trick Lab Launch

According to sources online, Kojos Trick Lab, a UK based company created by Sam Kojo Plummer of The Garrison and Jordan Fung of the UK launched the website in late 2017 recruiting various contributors from different countries to engage in discussions and release tutorials as online coaches & content creators

Canadian athlete Vaios Skretas became a Kojos Trick Lab contributor

This information would be relevant in future Canadian events related to a re-branding of the tour and it's relationship with the Toronto Tricking Community

The organization appeared to be incorporated in 2021 and dissolved in 2022

Canadian History pt 2 - Tricking Battle Events

Canada continued community & identity development

2017 - Canadian Battle Events

At this point in Tricking History, there had technically been battles here & there in Canada, but it had not been a priority or focal point of any gathering

These were hosted on an entry level and the majority of Canadian athletes were beginners with no to barely any previous experience or training for Battles, and judges would have been inexperienced as well. To the writer's knowledge there had not been trophies or prizes established at these events yet

This was an organic and logical evolution for our communities all around Canada,
by this point many countries had already established a healthy battle-focused culture, but Canada was still behind in that department

From 2018 onward Battling would become a far more prioritized element of events hosted in Canada

2018 - Team Impulse Separation
Utopia Tricking & Toronto Tricking

Due to a difference in overall direction, Team Impulse by late 2017 / early 2018, which was continuing to develop with the Toronto Tricking Community & event hosting

eventually separated

Utopia Tricking was lead by the writer ( David Milner )

Toronto Tricking was lead by Vaios Skretas on behalf of Kojos Trick Lab & US Tricking
The Toronto Gathering returned as a stop on the next rendition of the Tricking Tour originally under the management of Toronto Tricking & it's team,

made up of Paige Taylor & Nicco Miranda

The writer maintained continuity with the development of Toronto & Canada, focusing on developing a Tricking Brand and it's identity. Focused Art & Anime/Videogame Culture as related to Toronto, community sessions and amateur battle events ( Battle Oasis ), and re-orienting to the changes that had occurred

The politics of the Toronto Tricking Community essentially fractured, and division was created

Utopia Tricking remained Canada focused

Toronto Tricking became connected to the international initiative of the newest rendition of the Tricking Tour, trafficking attention and direction towards the United States via the Tour, and assisting the careers of Kojos Trick Lab & it's affiliates, though this would not be made explicitly clear to the public

To be clear the writer and the management team of Toronto Tricking grew distant and ceased communication except for Nicco Miranda who maintained a sense of neutrality between both sides

2018 - The Gaudering Montreal

Late 2017 or Early 2018 hosted by Cedric Cloutier in Montreal Quebec was the Gaudering named after an up-and-coming Canadian Tricker named Sebastien Gaudette  of New Brunswick

The writer recalls attending this event in the winter time, around the beginning of Utopia Tricking

The writer recalls that this may have been the first attempt at a more established Canadian Battle Community being pushed by the Montreal Trickers at the time

The writer recalls the 1st place winner was Vaios Skretas of Toronto Tricking
2nd place was Jake Barbeau of Ottawa, Laws of Motion was the club / team name
There was no battle to determine 3rd place, but the Top 4 were

( David Milner )
and possibly Jetmir? or Sebastien?

This marks the beginning of the writer's journey to taking Battling more seriously and aspiring to becoming a Champion

Utopia Tricking began to serve as a vehicle to document self development & evolution of the sport

This was an amateur event with no prize pool or trophy that the writer can recollect

Prior to being vehement about preserving history to the extent that the writer does now, those battles were recorded, but the writer took them down after not being pleased with his own performance ( lol I was a beginner battler )

upon reflection, this would be a mistake, as the writer now runs a battle focused history channel on youtube

( Sorry for taking down that footage, the importance was not recognized at the time )

Below is some footage of the event during warm ups

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bf4rbimnXMX/

2018 - The Tour re-Branded

In 2018 "The Tour", featuring Kyle Skelly but this time, The Garrison & the then developing Kojos Trick Lab were the focus of the concept, rather than Team Invincible who by this point began to transition to the next stage of their development

Team Invincible would disband around 2015, and many of the original members focused on their personal lives as the next generation of athletes were coming through

The below is the next generation of The Tour

Note a common theme is for the younger generation to take ideas from the previous and simply re-market them
In some cases the athletes that re-market a situation either work towards transparency & integrity, and in other cases marketing is used to mask or otherwise conceal the true nature and activities taking place

In this instance, the original Tour was re-branded to serve as a vehicle for The Garrison and to foster the success of Kojos Trick Lab & it's affiliates, including one Vaios Skretas of Toronto Tricking in Canada, but you will not see Kojos Trick Lab in the marketing very often, despite being able to clearly see that they are behind this next version of the Tour

The first version of the tour was an informal arrangement between event organizers, understandable considering the organic development of the sport

This next version of the Tour was a more formal relationship between event organizers, who sold packages to prospective attendees
It was an opportunity for athletes to receive a transportation route and attendance into events that the Tour was comprised of

2018 - Tricking Canada

Started around the year 2018

Tricking Canada was an attempt at forming a Canada focused Sports Governing Body informally on facebook, where communities leaders from various provinces would come together and contribute ideas and discuss related topics

There originally was a youtube channel started by Yusuf Ahmed back around 2011

Source:
www.youtube.com/trickingcanada

The facebook group likely was started by Martin Chingco of Alberta, if the writer recalls correctly

Members included Martin Cochingco of Alberta, Cedric Cloutier-Boucher of Montreal, (myself)David Milner & Vaios Skretas of Ontario,

Braeden McPherson, Yusuf Ahmed, Ka Mak and Jaxon Wong of British Colombia,

Joel Ward of Saskatchewan, etc. Members with leadership qualities.

Due to an increasing prevalence of Foreign Political Interference,

a combination of lack of education, possibly motivation & continued division in terms of direction would prevent Tricking Canada from manifesting as a legitimate sports governing body

non-Canadians appear to have an influence over the provincial leadership within the group

Source:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/407161996384372

2018 - Battle Night
Collaboration between Utopia Tricking & Toronto Tricking
Featuring various Canadian Trickers & Guests

There were attempts made to keep the peace and work together between both sides in the Toronto Tricking Community

The writer & Toronto Tricking did host a collaborative event which did help to unite trickers from various parts of Canada, the continued development of the Toronto Gathering & Canadian Tricking Community resembling the original Toronto Gatherings and guests who were non-Canadian did attend as well

This would be the last time there was a collaborative event between us

The writer recalls helping to declare a tricker named Raheem ( last name I've since forgotten ) the 1st place winner of this event

The writer believes Raheem is from somewhere in the Caribbean If not mistaken, but can't confirm. Raheem was treated as a guest battler from another country

This competition did have a prize pool, but no trophy, working to develop the Battle element of Gatherings in Canada

2018 - Toronto Tricking Summer Gathering

Re-Brand of the original Canada/USA Tour featuring many of the prominent members of Kojos Trick Lab

Toronto Tricking having established itself as a stop on the US Tour once again, this time under the management of Vaios Skretas, Paige Taylor & Nicco Miranda,

serving "The Tour" as mentioned on the advertising of their event

Note that all special guests at the event were members of Kojos Trick Lab & that Vaios Skretas is a member of Kojos Trick Lab as well

Vaios Skretas became the 6th Host of the Toronto Gathering

No battle component to this event

2018 - Battle Oasis Monthly Events

The writer created a monthly circuit of Battle Events for Canadians for all skill levels to compete in

As the host, judge and/or stand-in Champion

There were about 6 events total until the Monkey Vault closed in order to move locations

Winners include:

Zach Pacuch ( USA )
Dylan Holden ( Canada )
Jordon W. Yu ( Canada )

Guest judges included beginner judges from Toronto, but also a surprise volunteer judge in the form of Scotty Skelton,

closing off the Team Invincible era of Tricking & the last known Toronto Gathering in it's historical lineage

2019 - The Showdown

Hosted by Daniel Teixeira, this battle event was a great exhibition of Tricking meeting Free Running

Years later Daniel Teixeira informed me that it was a battle event, and that Avery King was the winner battling against an unknown freerunning athlete in a big trick contest, though the writer only has heard rumors and does not have evidence to be able to confirm

The writer did attend but got there after the battles concluded

2019 - David's Solo Battle Tour

While developing Utopia Tricking, a solo brand and a reflection of the writer's development as a Tricker, the writer set off and began to compete at competitions that were on a higher level compared to what was taking place in Canada

Similar to the first Solo Tour, only years later it would be focused on gaining experience as a Battler

There hadn't been preplanning, the development of Utopia Tricking was natural, and so at first videography was limited to making Gathering Edits, which were focused on displaying the event and the diverse attendees that participated

Later on, by the end of 2019, a new youtube channel called Tricking Battles was created, and the writer began to film tricking battles in their entirety and show those off to the public

Note: The skill level of National level Canadian Battle Events is low compared to entry level battle events in some other countries

This tour is essentially a Canadian National (Level) Champion competing against other potential National Champions at other events

Self funded - no official Canadian Governing Body established yet to sponsor these trips

This Tour also marks the furthest any Canadian has travelled and competed internationally in the 1v1 category

It's important to note that the selection of these events was based on prestige and quality, not based on political connection or any sponsorships to the events

The writer did not know who would participate or even battle, but did sometimes guess based on any announced special guest athletes, other than that,

no contact or arrangement was made with the organizers

David Milner at No Gravity 3 in Lisbon Portugal

( 3rd Place in the Non-Pro Division )

The writer recognized that Invincible & Michael Guthrie were no longer the focal point, as one generation was beginning to fade, the new generation came through, and Tumdra became the primary power in the sport of Tricking

Members of Tumdra were the judges at this collaboration event in Finland at Vellu's Legend Trick Academy

( Placed Top 4 in the Pro Division )

The first time travelling to Asia to participate at the highest event in Japan called

Tricking Battle of Japan x World of Tricking
( TBJxWOT)

The writer tried out for the event, but was not good enough (lol)

Filmed the battles and created a battle themed youtube channel

www.youtube.com/trickingbattles

Continued travelling and went to Los Angeles for the first time

2020 ~ 2021 Corona Virus Break

The global pandemic forced shutdowns around the world and tricking battle events in person stopped

2021 - David's Tour Resumed

Took 1st place at Euphoria X day 1 battles,

qualifying to the pro category & became the first Canadian to win an international competition in the 1v1 category?
There is some footage of the battles but there were issues with filming it seems

Canadian History pt 3 - Canadian Sports Corruption

US Funded Rackets in Canada, Japan & abroad

From about 2021 onward, a series of events would occur that indicate that in exchange for seceding Canadian Event management from historically Canadian Event Organizers to the management of US Tricking ( which started off as an unofficial tour, then a tour, now a league )
American movement Organization called "BBB" and later a Canadian replica called "Kerbit Collective" would rally athletes in high numbers to protect what are now American-converted events in Canada, despite 0 awareness of what is taking place being communicated to anyone

There is not even an official business registration of these individuals who are partnered and associating with each other to facilitate these transactions and altering the landscape of Canadian Tricking is being done so in a deceiteful manner

This is called a "Protection Racket" which supports a "regime change" which helped to solidify American hold over Canadian Community & Athletes, and is part of a much larger scheme, connected to a World Tour that has been in development but that the developers behind it are intentionally keeping their involvement concealed to some degree as well

The writer was required to investigate and see events unfold in order to understand the situation and bring about this communique

There is also a system of scouting, recruiting and grooming via elements of fraud and coercion in place perpetrated by Canadians on behalf of US Tricking

Non-Tricking athletes & their communities on social media who are involved in other sports organizations were targeted and encouraged to join the initiatives as well

Movement groups would help to serve as assistants in generating traffic of Canadian athletes towards American events & into America, despite not seemingly being registered as members of any club or officially apart of the US Tricking League

These movement groups are also coercive to some degree. The writer learned that if you do not support their cause, it's been indicated that the likelihood of "making it" in the industry is far lower according to a source, as there is a correlation between being able to generate and direct traffic and gaining access to jobs in the US market

Kojos Trick Lab would still be developing this "World Tricking Tour", though the Tour has changed it's name several times and no longer exists as an official entity the way it did before

( though sometimes the Kojos Trick lab logo might be used to indicate that they have media coverage or seminar coaching at the event,

it's still not a full disclosure of their involvement in events )

This began to constitute a Competition Corruption Racket that appears to be financially and politically motivated from about 2018 onward, being increasingly concealed though obvious for people who have been following along

Canadians that supported this regime change would receive funding as well as career advancement within US Tricking and it's events, including Vertigo, Loopkicks & many others

The development of an unofficial pro-American Canadian association/organization,

the name of which used to best describe those individuals working together is

"The Kerbit Collective "
This was the movement group that Avery King implicated by providing public identifying factors to that network of individuals

The Kerbit Collective is comprised of many of the original members of the Toronto, Montreal & Vancouver area Tricking Communities / Event Organizers, Judges, Coaches & Customers who now work for US Tricking on an unofficial capacity

The development of official and Canadian legitimate organizations have been interfered with due to this foreign initiative and much of their activities are being covered up and denied

Contests are also indicated to be used to discriminate against political opponents,

which is why even small scale Canadian events are deemed corrupt as well

2021 - Chewbacca Gathering / Battle Event ( Corrupted )

At this point in Tricking history, Kristos Vagenas became the public representative of Toronto Tricking and in conjunction with the management team launched another Battle Event called "Chewbacca" becoming the 7th host of the Toronto Gathering

It featured local Toronto Trickers & visitors from Montreal and was Battle Focused

The writer was invited to participate as a special guest and to conduct an exhibition match, however received a human right's violation during the attempt of arranging to participate, see below

Attempted to report inappropriate conduct

During the negotiation process, the writer raised concerns regarding the event organizer ( then approximately 25 year old Kristos Vagenas ) public conduct on social media & in person that had a negative impact on the representation of the event and how it could harm the image of the Toronto Gathering

In attempting to report a genuine concern to the event organization Toronto Tricking, the writer received a human's rights violation, being told to have to pay for the opportunity to be a guest and that Kristos did not intend to change his behaviour at all

Kristos continued this conduct despite it being explicitly inappropriate with children and parents being in the vicinity and this happened on a regular basis without any intervention of staff from the facility that these activities took place in

Kristos then went on to enact another human's right violation, generating rumors that the writer was "fired" from the event

To be clear, the writer did not participate due to it not being an appropriate fit, and intentionally declined the invitation

The writer was not directly informed that participation was not permitted, infact it was left open

Sports Corruption became more prevelent in this era of Tricking under Toronto Tricking as management of the Toronto Gathering

See the below for an example post, one of many on Kristos' instagram

Source:
 www.instagram.com/kristosvagenas

An important detail to note is that the management of Toronto Tricking allowed for Kristos Vagenas who was recently promoted as the face of their organization to engage in self-degrading and humiliating / self-harming behaviour

In some ways the writer observed that Kristos who was willing to receive attention and recognition from his superiors was willing to harm himself, which also constitutes a human rights violation under the Canadian Human Rights Act, if the writer understands correctly

2021 - David's Champion Challenge

As the writer learned that the individuals who were in a position of trust & authority with the administration of a sports contest would be abusing their position, in response the writer issued a blanket " Anytime, Anywhere, Any Format" contest and left it open for anyone, of any level, from any part of Canada to compete. The caveat would be that there should be no judges, due to learning that amateur judges were less than reliable ( after an experience in Montreal )

The writer, with the intention to establish himself as a battler who seeks honour & glory by defeating an opponent within the framework of an agreed upon contest, as opposed to using discrimination tactics through competition and avoiding competitors in battle ( as some might consider a victory ), invited his primary opponents

( other event organizers or would-be "champions" ) from Toronto primarily & different parts of Canada to compete with in a 1 v 1 in order to prove dominance

The vast majority of individuals that replied to the writer's request specifically asked for judges ( their friends / team mates ) to evaluate

The writer insisted upon no judges

The competitors withdrew their request

Only (2) applicants would eventually agree to the terms of having a judgeless battle, and so the writer met them at an agreed upon time, place, format & at their skill level

With little effort, the writer displayed the ability to 1-up them in Battle, before a camera

In the 1st instance ( prior to improving the Champion Challenge Format ), a competitor was allowed to supply his own judges, which the writer agreed was alright

Despite clearly out performing the battler/event organizer ( Cedric Cloutier-Boucher ) the judges voted in a predictable manner

Cedric declined to comment after the battle and changed the subject quickly afterward

The writer, who has more experience and holds far higher seniority than the judges that were supplied by Cedric evaluated their ability to judge

as well as evaluated Cedric's actions in such a situation

The writer did not deem Cedric a worthy rival

Unfortunately, the writer could only collect 3 battles total.

The battles were uploaded to an archive that the writer built for Battle Footage from all around the world

www.youtube.com/trickingbattles

The writer had higher hopes of obtaining more victories, but upon reflection, the mere act of issuing challenges was enough to establish himself as the highest battler in Canadian History in addition to the international resume that had been built by this point,

many of the individuals who would claim the title of "Champion of Canada" revealed that their integrity was lower than the writer had expected of them

and that none were truly taking the high road

There was no financial entry or prize pay out. It was based on honour

The writer does have respect for individuals that did accept the terms of the contest & did their best to stay within those parameters

Developing Canadian Trophies & Rankings

Until this point in Tricking History, there have not been Tricking specific trophies or medals made in Canada, and as there are no individuals who are at a higher level than the writer, the development of a Ranking System and Trophy were naturally the next evolutionary step in the development of Canadian Tricking

There had been cash prizes, and t-shirts used as rewards for contests in the past, but not an actual Tricking Trophy

So the writer created one

In addition to ensuring that the Canadian Rankings would be accurate and true, it was necessary that the story behind the title would integrate into the history of the sport, and so while collecting footage and archiving it on the main channel ( www.trickingbattles.com ) an international ranking system was formed which separated athletes by generations, and looking at their entire careers to determine who amongst them was the #1 Tricker of their time

The writer, whose own story integrates into the international storyline and development of the sport, who gained the most extensive and prestigious battle career in the 1v1 category and so felt he had gained the legitimacy to evaluate and issue titles, trophies & authenticate the contests of other Canadian athletes

International Arbitrator Judge

In recognizing the ever changing political landscape of the sport, in some instances athletes who participated and were judged in battles may not have received fair judgement

What might otherwise be a clear winner from the vantage point of one evaluator,

there are political and other issues with regards to integrity that can be found in Tricking as well

The writer volunteered and dedicated a section of a Ranking System which was also under development to include Arbitrated judgements as well

A series called " Battle Analysis " was created in an effort to recognize athletes that received unfair judgement

https://youtu.be/q-hRlQUBNg8?si=l34hgoqicGQDEGFd

Utopia Tricking started off as an art project and beginner Battle Adventure, evolving into becoming a Champion as well as Judge, and eventually into an Arbitrator, Battle Hall of Fame & Historical Archive and Authentication and now Anti-Corruption Initiative

representing Canadian Contribution to the sport
to the benefit of all of Tricking kind & the public

2021 - US Tour becomes US Tricking League

The US Tricking appears to be an evolution of the tour created by the management team behind the original and re-branded version of the Tour

The organizations that appear to be the most linked to US Tricking are Euphoria Tricking, Trick Dynamix, Trick Strong & Loopkicks and their associated communities and affiliates

Many of the event organizers who were previously linked by the tour came together to more formally establish a sports governing body in the USA, however, non-american battle event organizers were invited to promote their events on their website

Toronto Tricking has been registered as an event on their website, marking an informal addition to being part of an American Sports Governing Body

Vertigo Tricking would become one of US Tricking's flagship events

The writer can observe that the official members of the league are listed in the about section at the bottom, and that membership is limited to american organizers at this time formally, but do include informal partnerships internationally as well such as the one with Toronto Tricking and Air Handlers Montreal

https://www.ustricking.com/about

2021 - Montreal Air Handler Studio Battle Event

The Air Handler Montreal Studio hosted it's own competitions, and the same network of Canadian Trickers, both pre-existing and the new generation came to participate at this contest

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFPRTNYX9SI

2022 - Road to Vertigo ( The Tour re-branded again )

Road to Vertigo appears to be a re-brand of "The Tour" which is a rebrand of the original Tricking Tour from 2010 originally centered around Team Invincible, the idea being replicated by Kojos Trick Lab via the Garrison in the late 2010s, and now owned by US Tricking but still supports Kojos Trick Lab who no longer functions as an online tutorial platform but rather as an agency supplying Judges, Battlers, Media, MC & Seminar Coaching, in some cases, even event organizers are also Kojos Trick Lab affiliates

The Road to Vertigo took the pre-existing infrastructure of "The Tour" and intended to direct traffic it to their main event

2022 - Development of Political Movement Groups

The writer observed that part of the process of gaining a form of sponsorship in Tricking had to do with generating traffic to events and encouraging individuals to go on the Tricking Tour, if successful, event organizers would "promote" those who lead these movement campaigns

Individuals that were able to use catch-phrases and other sound-bytes that could rally potential customers were typically promoted as special guests, though it is unclear if contracts or legitimate form of sponsorship is granted for this exchange

The writer understands this as a logical marketing tactic, however the writer also noticed that creating these movements also carried political motivations as well as targeted coordinated political attacks on political opponents which constitutes for safety concerns within the sport that have largely been ignored

The below are (2) notable movements affecting Canada and appear to be funded by US Tricking & Kojos Trick Lab

2022 - BBB (Bing Bang Boys) - an American Movement

Although around for a long time, there was a new wave of development for the Bing Bang Boys on the surface states that it is a Boston based Tricking Team, however recruits various members outside

In 2022 and onward they would become prominent in affiliating with Canadians

Members of Bing Bang Boys would typically add a ".bbb" handle to their internet username on social media

The political representative of the group is Samuel Lincoln, a mid-level american battler who gained fame using positive catch phrases, but the writer did witness another side of their organization which was to facilitate athlete-specific hate campaigns and bullying by the members of BBB who would coordinate and make it a seemingly cultural practice to go after political opponents in high numbers

The writer also interviewed and received intelligence from an american citizen regarding a coercive dynamic where by not joining the movement and supporting their cause gave them the impression that being a professional Tricker would not be possible, as BBB is highly linked to Kojos Trick Lab and US Tricking and their system of job advancement in the industry

BBB had a high number of members, possibly over 3 digits, and had individuals in Canada that helped to enforce the group and it's ideology in Canada

Vaios Skretas became a member of BBB and assisted in the American initiatives in Toronto

2022 - Kerbit Collective Cult - a Canadian Movement

Members of Bing Bang Boys, including the current face of the organization ( Samuel Lincoln ) at some point became close with Avery King, and a Canadian version of a movement initiative similar to BBB was started, though the image and certain elements of it would be different, it had a similar impact and was ultimately funded by US Tricking the same as BBB

Built on the pre-existing network of Canadian athletes who had come together to host Canadian events since the early 2010s ( see above history ) called Tricking Canada

the Kerbit Collective was a re-brand of this network of individuals initiated by Avery King, a Tricker/Artist from Vancouver BC who was living in Toronto, ON at the time

The Kerbit Collective members began by coordinating activities online in unison under the direction of their leadership, first by changing their profile pictures to resemble an A.I. generated modification of Kermit the Frog ( see below ) and rallied individuals to a cause

The Kerbit Collective was promoted as a cult, and the members used the hashtag "#cult" in their promotions online

The Kerbit Collective would also generate apparel designs using Kermit the Frog of Sesame Street and imagery of a Sun & Moon, which was similar to what the writer was developing with Utopia Tricking, in addition to cryptic messages and coded language that were difficult for the general public to understand

The Kerbit Collective drew members from British Colombia, Ontario & Quebec primarily, but also included many American members who had close ties to the Bing Bang Boys

One other important detail to note:
The writer witnessed BBB as a movement would make public proclamations of individuals that they deemed political enemies and would launch online campaigns to smear those individuals on (2) accounts

The Kerbit Collective would follow a similar model as BBB

Estimated membership of the Kerbit Collective was around 30~40 Canadians based on what could be seen online when the Kerbit Collective was just beginning to form, and it was recruiting members from non-Tricking Communities, like the Taekwando Communities for example

It's important to note that despite Avery King ( under the pseudonym Kerb ) being the face of the organization was not actually the leader of this network of Canadian event organizers

Vaios Skretas and Cedric Cloutier are battle event organizers who became members of the Kerbit Collective and showed public support and would use their positions to further their activities

Canada had been previously building Canadian Tricking Community initiatives, a natural governing body was beginning to form but as time went on, US Tricking & it's initiative of Tours & using "movements" to generate traffic for those tours began to affect the political dynamic & direction of Canadian Tricking development, becoming more American as time went on

The Kerbit Collective continued to assist the US Tricking's agenda though on an informal level, and by defying this initiative meant declaring oneself a political opponent of an american backed movement, which would generate discrimination, even for defending Canada

This posed a serious conflict for the development of the Canadian Tricking Community, and following the release of the Kerbit Collective, a racket of Sports Corruption would follow at Canadian Events, which had the impression of being completely unregulated and it's management enabling any type of behaviour

Below are screen shots from 2025 of what are still members of the cult who maintain their Kermit the Frog avatars, indications of being part of the collective

2022 - Get Rekt Gathering / Battle Event ( Corrupted )

Toronto Tricking released another battle event called "Get Rekt"

It featured local Toronto Trickers & visitors from Montreal

Canadians completely unaware that the management team behind Toronto Tricking are registering their events into US Tricking and not aware of the larger system in place

Source:
https://youtu.be/uNmy2GsnDIw?si=i1E7XNglx5Ba0i_9

2023 - Kerbit Gathering Japan ( Corrupted )

Avery King ( who began to go by the anonymous identity Kerb or Kerbit ) launched the Kerbit Collective and recruited Canadians in the area,

in addition to members of BBB

American athletes were flown to Japan and a collaboration between the Kerbit Collective Cult and Leaf Gymnastics would take place

The demographic that attended was not made aware that the process of participating and venturing into the after parties were part of an initiative to drive sexual interactions ( Avery King admitted the intentions of attending Japan with similar goals in the year 2021 before the launch of the Kerbit Collective ) and that participation and wearing the merchandise were a sublte signal for supporting a cult and it's directives

The impression was to develop an opportunity for athletes to attend events and to eventually meet and engage in sexual conduct, and that the cult leader ( Avery King aka Kerb ) would be the host of these meet ups / parties based on the information available with what appears to have been a financial goal

Children, Young adults and Japanese citizens were under the impression that it was only a Tricking event, but was not only intended to be a cult but also part of an american expansionist initiative, and eventually Kerbit Collective officially joined with TBQ ( Tricking Battle of Kyushu ) which is the flagship event of the Japanese Tricking Association including an official after party and doing their artwork

TBQ would later be noticed as being registered their events onto US Tricking however this information is not presented in any of their advertising

The primary sponsored athletes were members of Bay Area Hustle Team from the USA & videographers such as Snapumedia

Not too long later in 2024, all information on social media would be deleted by Avery King including the website related to the Kerbit Collective
Some of what remains online are the below

Sources:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS_lZdXRlYk
https://youtu.be/R84lJspaxGY?si=stAczF2y89krVU0r

TBQ later noticed as having been registered to US Tricking League

The Kerbit Collective can best be described as an association or unincorporated business that helps to facilitate competitions through various canadian and international event organizers, who assist in US Tricking's aim of adding more events into their league, despite not communicating this publicly

2023 - Jeux Urbain Sports Expo ( Corrupted )

Jeux Urbains 2023 was a free, publicly funded urban sports festival held from March 23–25, 2023 at the Centre Eaton de Montréal in downtown Montréal. The event brought together nearly 80 international athletes for live showcases and competitions in BMX Flatland, freestyle soccer, dance battles, and combat sports, blending sport, art, and street culture in an accessible setting. Supported by the Québec government and public partners, Jeux Urbains aimed to celebrate urban athleticism and community participation through interactive zones and performances open to the public

In this case it did feature a group of Trickers, however the contest appeared to be limited to the members of the Kerbit Collective rather than a truly open contest where it was properly advertised and had registration available to anyone in Canada

The writer did not see any advertisements, posters or details other than a public statement by a member of the Kerbit Collective, Vaios Skretas ( a co-organizer ) stating he would participate as a battler, as well as advertising from Cedric Cloutier-Boucher of Montreal Air Handlers utilizing his legitimate establishment in order to promote the event with that logo

Athletes were seemingly pre-arranged to be only that specific group would be in attendance ( primarily members of the Kerbit Collective ) though it was not advertised as a Kerbit Collective organized event

The judging panel, including an american athlete Ethan Turner, who was sponsored for the original Kerbit Gathering in Japan, was brought back to judge members of his team/cult, though it isn't clear if that relationship was presented properly to the public

The entire judging panel was Kerbit Collective members

By using a form of match-fixing and omitting key details regarding this organization and gaining access to public funds is a form of misrepresentation and is not a legally appropriate move organizations can use

Source:
https://www.instagram.com/p/CqLlEmwj2fK/

Samuel Laframboise of the Kerbit Collective confirming that his organization was able to access public funding despite withholding the true face of the organization from advertising of the event

After communicating with the organizers of the event, the Kerbit Collective did not return for the 2024 or 2025 edition of this event

2023 - Corruption Awareness Campaign

In 2023 the writer began an education and awareness campaign on instagram, highlighting the issues and attempting to have private and personal conversations with the key members of the Kerbit Collective, who did not acknowledge receipt for behaviour that was evidenced to be taking place and often blocked the writer in response after denying activities that were clearly inappropriate for business and in Tricking

After some time, some of the members who were not really aware of what was happening would later indicate less support by changing their profile pictures and returning to a sense of normalcy, however others continued to support the initiative into the USA and in Japan again

The writer issued notification publicly and privately to establishments where members of the Kerbit Collective attended where athletes could be recruited to the cult as a warning in good faith

The activism has been centered around discouraging joining groups/cults to carry out illegal activities

2023 - Vertigo x Toronto ( Corrupted )

By 2023,

the Toronto Gathering was no longer officially hosted by Canadians, and Vaios Skretas seceded the former Canadian owned event to an american organization called Vertigo Tricking of US Tricking, an american sports league

The customer base, which was previously focused on supporting Canadian Events, are the same customer base who are now supporting an American event that has essentially replaced it in terms of management, though the former Canadian management is still hired and work with the event organizer

( despite Vertigo denying this fact ) and despite Toronto Tricking even being a legitimate legal entity

An important detail is that due to the influence of the members of the Kerbit Collective, Canadian Events would become corrupted in various ways, often using word play and other manipulation practices in order to mislead people's understanding of a situation

Note that the special guest are members of Toronto Tricking, BBB, Kerbit Collective, Kojos Trick Lab

There is no clear or definitive legitimate or official Canadian team or organization,

only Vertigo takes credit for this event from this point onward, and it is listed as part of the Road to Vertigo

See the below for details

2024 - Vertigo x Toronto 2 ( Corrupted )

Vertigo Tricking returned to collaborate with TorontoTricking though denied the collaboration ( see below )

Source:

https://youtu.be/lfW_aaklzTg?si=I_agxkjlUQqo37gW

Vertigo Tricking questioned by the writer and denies involvement with Kerbit Collective or Toronto Tricking despite the advertising and names involved

Dan Iaboni, owner of the Monkey Vault, not completely aware that an american organization was running a business out of his establishment

In a conversation, the writer informed the owner that sports corruption had begun to take place in Canada, the individuals & organizations responsible, the name of the corrupting group ( Kerbit Collective ) as well as learning that no individuals were even officially employed at the Monkey Vault

See below for a snapshot of that conversation

Montreal as well

After communicating with the organizers of these events, the Kerbit Collective and these events did not return in 2025

Canadian History pt 4 - Main Source of Corruption in Canadian Tricking

The fundamental issue has to do with informal sponsorship programs that require athletes to either participate or support the general direction despite gang related activities were used to enforce the initiative. The "sponsorship" program does not have an application process in the traditional sense. To obtain a sponsorship, athletes need to gain favour from event organizers or that athletes are selected based on blatant nepotism rather than a logical system of promotion as most sports have in place, such as qualification competitions

Organizations like Kojos Trick Lab or US Tricking gain access to sources of funding, and manipulate the appearance of competitions around the world in order to appear as though they are unrelated and that Kojos Trick Lab has minimal involvement, but that these events are infact part of an informal "World Tour" similar to that which was established by XSwipe in the early 2010s, supporting the careers of Team Invincible. It's not confirmed if event organizers are even aware of Kojos Trick Lab having an informal "world tour". Event organizers may be mislead regarding the entire scope of the situation

Unlike Team Invincible, Kojos Trick Lab does much to minimize advertising in relation to it's involvement in the development ( or regime change ) of Tricking Communities, influencing their affiliates in other countries to lobby for other members of Kojos Trick Lab to obtain paying positions. As time goes on, what were once events created by a local or national community have their positions taken by members of Kojos Trick Lab, and other various conflicts of interest take place, including Kojos Trick lab affiliates acting as Judges who evaluate Battlers who are also Kojos Trick Lab affiliates

Due to not having a legitimate governing body that supports safe sport and anti-corruption policies, communities who lack either education or integrity have taken advantange of the situation and have been limiting opportunities for athletes who intend to play by the common sense rules and laws, while also discriminating against competitors who do not support their activites.

Sports corruption has run rampant due to international involvement of organizations which do not explicitly indicate that they are involved in the administration of competitions, and are the recipients of their proceeds and there are no available options to report such issues and attempts at having public discourse is often avoided by the members that facilitate these events

Facilities and organizers that host such events may even be complicit as there is a highly negligent and relaxed nature by peoples in position of trust and responsibility

It is necessary to issue warnings and raise education regarding the dangers of participating in groups that facilitate these activities in unregulated sports competitions

Kerbit Collective Trafficking Canadians to US Tricking

The scouting, recruiting, grooming & transportation of Canadians to the US Tricking League follows the below chain in Toronto Canada

Prospective recruits are targeted on social media, of any age demographic ( evidence shows children have been recruited ) and they are encouraged to participate at an open gym community

With Toronto as an example, see the below "Tricking Program" offered by The Monkey Vault Training Centre

A member of the Kerbit Collective, Nelson Lin, can be seen in a photograph/gif image in the "Tricking" section, however under the class' program, the instructor is referred to as "General Staff"

Upon an earlier conversation with the owner of the establishment, it was confirmed that Nelson Lin is not an employee, yet is listed on the official website for an unknown reason despite any formal relationship

Members who participate in the open gym community may be introduced to the group who might use the identity " Toronto Tricking " which, since 2018, has been the identity used by Vaios Skretas, Paige Taylor & Nicco Miranda in association with the production of their events in Toronto

Toronto Tricking is not listed anywhere as being affiliated with the establishment, and the website, www.TorontoTricking.com which once existed has since been taken down, however the community still participate and host events under the same name, but now use intermediaries such as Kristos Vagenas or Vertigo Tricking to facilitate their activities

A search into "Toronto Tricking" was unsuccessful, but one registered under Vaios Skretas did exist as a sole proprietor business being registered in 2020 but has since expired

No formal link to Avery King, Cedric Cloutier or Mike Hom

The writer observed that as Toronto Tricking continues to build community, and in exchange for enabling Vertigo Tricking to come to Toronto to host Toronto Tricking's event for them ( again, despite denying collaborating together ) the leadership of Toronto Tricking receive promotion within the US Tricking League and their events

On a National level, the Kerbit Collective, with Avery King as the front of that initiative, which combines members of Toronto Tricking, Air Handlers Montreal & Cloud City Trickers from BC, too feed into the system of scouting, recruiting and directing traffic towards Vertigo & USA, despite no formal registration process and what appears to be shady business dealings

To recap, Canadian athletes attend a gym that has no official affiliation with a United States sports league, it is not advertised anywhere and no formal registration process exists for athletes being inducted into any club, team or league but participants will be directed there by the leadership of the Kerbit Collective, and in exchange appear to receive benefits from US Tricking. Canadian athletes show no sponsorship, there is nothing that even indicates that they formally exist as a legal entity in Canada, other than a logo they use and the Kerbit Collective advertising themselves on social media

They do operate businesses at legitimate establishments such as the Monkey Vault in Toronto, Air Handlers Montreal Studio &

Cloud City from Flight Club in richmond BC though

See below, the leader of Toronto Tricking, Vaios Skretas (left) being presented as a guest part of a "Legends Panel" though introduced himself as an affiliate of Team Ryouko, and not the owner of Toronto Tricking or as a member of Kojos Trick Lab or Kerbit Collective or even BBB

Members who are informally representing the cult & it's culture

Note that the (left) image was posted by a minor whose name is being protected at this time

There are a few members that make up the Kerbit Collective that have been hired, despite the fact that the writer could not locate any formal registery that the organization exists as an entity

Below are images of Avery King using the pseudonym Kerbit, as well as other members of the Kerbit Collective being promoted in the USA

Note that Avery King did for a time indicate the intentions of ascertaining the company of male companions with the purpose of recruiting females and directing traffic to Tricking events which were intended to include an "after party" element to events officially

At one time the writer was invited to join a group chat run by Avery on instagram, but declined the invitation. This was after Avery asked the writer about how to get girls in Japan, to which the writer responded that dating apps and picking up women in bars for example were appropriate

There were rumors and a general image of there being a sexual element to these parties and that the intentions were to procure sexual activities at events in Canada, USA & Japan

Kerbit Collective - Use of AI to modify images & videos for mal-intent purposes

Please also note that the writer observed a detail related to Avery King and his usage of AI to generate these images of Kermit the Frog

The writer witnessed that these images were advertised as stories on instagram and saved on Avery's account in the stories section. This information cannot be referenced unfortunately as the account has been privatized and much of the public information regarding the Kerbit Collective has been deleted from the internet

Please be advised that the company that the writer knew that Avery works/worked for, called Wombo is a company specializing in AI for the purposes of altering images/videos convincingly. The company was sued in 2023 for copyright infringement. This detail can be easily searched for on google. Wombo re-branded itself as Wombo Meme due to the nature of their activites. The writer observed that Avery King had strong skills in the field of using AI to alter images and videos convincingly, targeting politicians and other individuals in a mocking manner without the consent of using their likeness

This appears to be what warranted the lawsuit

The writer was initially impressed to learn that Avery King presented himself as an individual who was working to advance in the field of A.I. and claimed to be an artist - these facts were true, but the writer did not discern the true nature and intentions including the theme of Avery's endeavors

The writer's impression changed when the writer observed some of the products of Avery and his company

The writer learned of one of Avery's various identities named Cafe Samosa Blue, which linked to his twitter ( now called X ) profile

The same is true for his other associates at Wombo

Please see the below image & check the website for reference for a more accurate visual portrayal of Avery & his company's enterprise

Potential Kerbit Crypto NFT / Social Experiment

For the purposes of giving recognition and credit where it's due, as a personal note the writer does think that Avery doing artwork and music with themes that were more appropriate would be a positive reflection of his capability as a person

However,

The writer would like to indicate that at one point the writer recalls a photograph on Avery King's instagram which appeared to be him presenting a TEDxTalk-esque speech before an audience that is reminiscent of the above NFT project - only based on the launch of the Kerbit Collective in Canada after having distributed Kermit the Frog variated display pictures to members of the cult

The writer deduced that it could be possible that it was an NFT launch without the express awareness of the Tricking Community, and that acting on behalf of his organization ( Wombo AI / Wombo Meme ) there may have been a pre-planned intent to experiment on the community for the purpose of deriving an income via crypto without their awareness

This is just speculation

That photo as well as a lot of evidence has been taken down by the time of this article

The writer has witnessed that crypto has been accepted by Avery King & Vaios Skretas in their respective business dealings in Tricking Communities

2024 - Youloop Tour

What appears to be a collaborative effort by an organization called TrickStrong as well as Kojos Trick Lab ( though not explicitly mentioned ) brought another tour into Tricking

The ownership info is witheld and the country of origin appears to be CN ( China )

2025 - Kerbit Collective Update
( Continued Underground Activity )

The writer was contacted by Avery King on October 16th 2025

In the conversation Avery stated that nothing in the (this) article investigating sports corruption is a true statement, despite there being clear evidence to the contrary. Avery also asked the writer to stop. The writer will not stop covering sports corruption as it affects Toronto & Canadian sports communities and our actions affecting the world stage

The writer inquired as to Avery's affiliation with Kenta Furusho, the organizer of Japan Tricking Association's TBQ, Avery gave a statement that had a negative impression that they were no longer working together, but due to a pattern of deceit the writer will not take it as a proven fact yet

Avery also indicated that the same membership that make up the Kerbit Collective ( individuals from the Ontario, Quebec & British Colombia Tricking Communities ) are still active and intended to host their own competition(s). It does not appear to be promoted publicly but rather privately in group chats, which is consistent with their pattern of activity taking place on an underground / unofficial level

The writer identified that the members of the Kerbit Collective do not seem to want to intend to stop their pattern of behaviour and orient themselves in a legitimate direction. It is not a single mistake made that they recognize and intended to correct, and adopt the correct course of actions ( as provided by the Sports Ministry and recommended to them by the writer ). It seems as though the Kerbit Collective ( or any name the group goes by ) will carry on the same racket, with the same membership only in a more discrete manner

Based on recent conversation with the Ministry of Sports in Canada, the writer also does not have any indication that any Tricking competitions are officially recognized or sanctioned by Canada

The writer cannot find a legal registry online related to a sports governing body, which is what the Kerbit Collective & it's members function as

Below ( A snapshot of a group chat for organizing a "Canadian Tricking Championship " provided to the writer by Avery King )

Below is a snapshot of Avery stating the cult was just a marketing stunt.

This writer can plainly see that although marketing is involved, so are other individuals involved as members, as in the above examples ( " Jeux Urbain ", "Vertigo x Toronto "  & " BBB x CANADA " ) there is very clear indication of members who were previously implicated by Avery King, via Kermit the Frog profile pictures to indicate that they were working together, but also, the claim that it is purely a marketing stunt does not hold weight as in those above mentioned events, there is no clear indication of terms being used " Kerbit Collective " or logo present - if it was a marketing stunt, why was Kerbit name/imagery marketing omitted from the public for those events in particular despite the cult being present?

Clearly these are individuals who do business together

A cult &/or collective by definition are terms that indicate a membership of multiple individuals who are recruited into a group who share a common interest & intention to cooperate together, and there is sufficient evidence to suggest multiple business associates coordinate their activities, thus it is impossible for the Avery King to claim to be working alone

Avery King is also referencing a female in the below conversation who was recruited into the cult and who the writer understands is exhibiting signs & symptoms of severe cult indoctrination as common sense, logical & verifiable facts are seemingly being denied / overlooked on her part in order to keep her involvement secretive from the public as the nature of their activities is contradictory to her professional life and her social media does not reflect her continued involvement either

Collusion, Fraud and other deceitful business tactics are elements that constitute for Sports Corruption, which the writer is reporting on, which the female is involved in, if the individuals involved go by the name "Toronto Tricking" or "Kerbit Collective" or any other affiliation where the same membership work together, they are working together as a matter of fact

However they decide to name themselves, it is the secretive and deceitful nature that poses a risk to Competitions & Athletes

A cult that scouts, recruits, grooms & transports using fraud and elements of coercion is a major violation of Canadian & International Law & the female is involved in the situation & appears to be a supporter of it, despite being warned directly & attempting to have reasonable persons intervene and communicate this reality to her

At this time it appears as though the female victim involved is being lied to by her fellowship, and may potentially be bribed or blackmailed based on evidence

The writer has observed that the female involved is receiving financial benefits for providing support & being involved in the situation, and that the Kerbit Collective was her gateway into this situation, despite it being illegitimate & illegal in nature

2025 - Potential Defamation Lawsuit

Avery King also alerted the writer to the fact that an individual who is a member of the Cult has filed a lawsuit against the writer

This came in the same conversation as the above which included taunts and insults

The writer has not yet received any legal paperwork

Part 5

How Battle Event Organizers Loophole National Teams

The writer recognizes that natural development of a sports community, and understands that there are situations where people get together and have fun contests

In some cases, athletes would form on-the-spot unofficial National Teams in the spirit of entering into team battles in order to represent their side and the way they organize themselves is by country. This is a logical natural formation however, the situation becomes complex when entry fees + prize pools are a factor, and when the public is presented this information as well

Vertigo Tricking presents itself as a contender for the World Championships amongst many others that are comparable in Tricking, and is a battle event that is part of a US Sports Governing Body named US Tricking. It has also extended it's reach by partnering with developing communities, like Toronto Tricking and driving traffic to it's event with initiatives like the "Road to Vertigo" with supporting traffic sub-groups like the Kerbic Collective Cult or BBB ( Bing Bang Boys )

The primary issue is that this method of representing a Nation is not actually legally permitted by the country of Canada, as it has not been approved by the Ministry of Sports and a National Governing Body

"Hiring" the "Kerbit Collective" is one way that US Tricking loopholes a situation to induct a false-Team Canada toward their event and markets it using a deceptive technique which could actually fool the public into believing that it is the actual Team Canada representing at an international "World Championships"

Please be advised that there is no officially agreed upon "World Championships" in Tricking, and that many organizations are currently claiming the title

Vertigo Tricking is not the only event that currently does this with "National Teams" during the Team Battles in Tricking, and there is also an understanding as to how athletes would organize themselves and initiate such a method. It is however a conflict as in order to legitimize an event and ensure that athletes meet the code of conduct in general performance as well as well receive bans or other penalties for inappropriate conduct, it is necessary to have a governing body to formally manage a Team Canada, which would also receive funding from the Canadian Public

It should go without saying that hiring a cult or individuals that exercise criminal offences that further the aims of an organization like Vertigo should not be an accepted method of gaining career advancement, and so organizations like US Tricking are engaged in various code of conduct & human rights violations which would negate the validity of the members who would make up an officially approved Team Canada

Below are members of the Kerbit Collective representing a make-shift "Team Canada" at Vertigo V ( right side of the image )

2025 - World Tour

The below are a few examples of events that are on the Kojos Trick Lab & it's affiliates system (unofficially)

The roles of
- Event Organizer
- Judges
- Guest Battlers
- MCs
- Videographers
- Seminar Coaches
- Marketing / Artist Roles

Most roles that make up an event are typically somehow held by members of Kojos Trick Lab rather than Nationals who may have even originally built the community with which these event are taking place

The writer witnessed how systematically jobs would go to KTL affiliates

Even if held in various other countries, where funding could be secured from the public in some cases or unknown sources, instead of native trickers to the region obtaining positions which would otherwise be rightfully theirs are instead distributed to members who are part of Kojos Trick Lab

In instances where the writer has witnessed nationals or native athletes to a particular region do hold a position at an event,
if a KTL affiliate makes their way into the organization of the event, it's typical that nationals / native trickers will be replaced by affiliates eventually, securing Kojos Trick Lab's racket across multiple countries where the same people travel from event to event and secure pretty much the same jobs, despite there being no formal relationship between those event organizers at least visible to the public

In otherwords, events from multiple different countries are not tethered together by an International Federation or any sports body, they are joined together by an underground association that does not make itself concretely visible and makes the situation difficult and complex to understand for the general public, rather than advertising properly

It's typical that individuals from communities are contacted and encouraged to become a KTL affiliate.
The writer has witnessed that individuals vying to become an affiliate will typically begin to turn a region into a proxy region for KTL, and then begins the process of being elevated based on this relationship of turning over a developing community to be used by KTL as a bargaining piece as part of a transaction rather than being elevated based on merit for performance, regardless of political affiliation

Please be advised that this happens in under-developed, corrupted or otherwise unprotected communities, and children are affected as well

Again the writer will indicate that if you are not a KTL preferred athlete, that the chance of being "sponsored" to an event is highly unlikely, as KTL has close relationships with these organizers who do control funding and selection, though this is not disclosed to the public

Events that are majority Kojos Trick Lab affiliated do not typically advertise regarding just how many of their affiliates are taking the paid positions in events

This is how racketeering works in Tricking, it works by having a systematic pattern of yearly hosted events, where KTL affiliates in various countries "encourage" jobs to be employed by their friends at KTL, though it is advertised one way to the public, but unless you have experience and a birds eye view of the situation will you see clearly that these events are made up of the same group of individuals

Despite these events being advertised under different names, they all draw athletes from what is essentially an agency

Kojos Trick Lab on their website presents themselves as an online tutorial platform, which is how it started, but in the real world functions as an agency and intermediary event production company

It creates a conflict when the judges are evaluating essentially their own team mate, who are also in many cases the battlers. This creates an "insider" dynamic and of course, whoever is running the event markets the situation to give it the appearance that these events are different, but that in fact they are essentially made up of the same cast and crew, and do not indicate that athletes are members of the same team to the public. It is necessary to disclose this information, but that does not happen

The launch of the Kerbit Collective, which is a supporting underground organization, made itself known to the Japanese Tricking Association, and slowly as time went on, more members of Kojos Trick Lab, through the Kerbit Collective ( which hired Bay Area Hustle Team who are also KTL affiliates ) made it's way into implementing themselves into TBQ, which is Japan's yearly biggest event

Again, when the event organizer of TBQ ( Kenta Furusho ) was interviewed, he stated that each person was registered as an individual and not a team, however, Kerbit Collective, BAHT, Kojos Trick Lab, the reason behind the organization of TBQ as of late is directly because of people who are part of teams, educational platforms, and a cult and thus the marketing and organizational process from a technical standpoint do not accurately portray the event to the public and rely on intentionally deceiving the audience as a loophole

Not to mention the various conflicts of interest that render an innate bias towards members of those teams

This is how racketeers infiltrate and apply a subtle form of match fixing to events by limiting who will participate as special guest battlers and who will be judging them are often members of the same "underground" team, but this information is omitted

Also, please be advised that the sponsors and sources of funding are generally omitted as well, and that the writer suspects that the methods by which funding is secured may have been done so fraudulently by omitting information

The writer suspects if individuals are represented in a false manner to the sponsor, and that teams and other organizations behind the development of the event are omitted ( due to the conflict of interest / bias nature of their relationship ) it could impact funding and so deception is suspected to be used

It's very likely that the sources of funding, governments involved, etc are not aware that their money is going directly to Kojos Trick Lab, since that organization is not implicated if the members of Kojos Trick Lab are registering as individuals and not under the name

If funding is secured via fraudulence and that the money was planned to go straight to Kojos Trick Lab prior to the conception of these events, which some battle event organizers themselves are Kojos Trick Lab affiliates but are registered into the event in a fraudulent manner ( as an independent ), this means that receiving income in a manner that appears clean constitutes for Money Laundering

Indications of a racket point to financial motivations in addition to control in order to advance KTL affiliated athletes

The primary issue has to do with transparency & integrity, as Kojos Trick Lab is not indicated, but is often hired and acts as an agency to fill in paid positions at these battle events. Kojos Trick Lab is also the primary reason behind why these events are connected, as many organizers work directly with Kojos Trick Lab and are influenced by their organization

The reason why the "World Battle Circuit" exists, is because Kojos Trick Lab has been informally continuing to build it without the awareness of the people who were involved

Kojos Trick Lab's Only Publicly Organized Event

Although a familiar cast and crew can be found at various events in the world, Kojos Trick Lab finally launched it's own event in 2024 called the "Ultimate Tricker" which is reflective accurately as a Kojos Trick Lab produced event as it has:

- Hosted on their own domain
- Comprised of Kojos Trick Lab affiliates
- Advertised / Marketed properly to reflect the organization behind it

Although the source of funding is unknown & it was not an open event for anyone to register into but was limited to members of Kojos Trick Lab the writer considers this to be the only time that KTL organized an event that did not take place in another country but in their home country of the UK which is where Sam Kojo originates and was not hosted under someone else's company with someone else's funding under false marketing as is typically the case based on evidence

As Kojos Trick Lab has a level of seniority in this instance, battle event organizers in other countries who are "younger" will turn to the educational platform and will secure funding to host an event, essentially bringing in Kojos Trick Lab production crew which supplies individuals to fulfill various job roles, but again, this information is generally omitted from the public and covered up with advertising techniques

International Federation / Olympics Committee

The writer would like to point out that an International Federation has technically been established in the 2010s, by what appears to be individuals who are advanced politically, but do not actually have backing by any original communities or sports governing bodies that can be discerned by observing their website

The below website features member countries which contain contact info for people that are likely not real people ( Canada is mentioned ) and appears to be an attempt by some organization to establish a Tricking Federation. It does not appear to be legitimate

https://extremetricking.org/countries-member-ifxt

The writer would like to acknowledge that the Iranian Tricking Community was the first to mention a Tricking Federation, and that the writer at first did not recognize the importance of such an entity initially ( 2015 era? ), until further education was gained and now understands the purpose

An International Federation is an organization that links approved National Governing Bodies together, and helps to establish international events, while maintaining the same professionalism, legitimacy & code of conduct for approved National Teams. It helps to maintain continuity of athletes' careers where they can move up and beyond National Level, and it is an International Federation that would be approved by the Olympics Committee for athletes to formally be accepted as Olympians

https://www.olympics.com/ioc/overview

At this time, based on expertise & communication with various ministries of sports around the world, as well as many Battle Event Organizers, the writer has learned that there are few countries that are prepared to formally establish an International Federation, but that the writer is aware of the project which is in development and the host community that is currently developing that project separate from the "extremetricking" one above

There are communities that have governing bodies that are developing an International Federation at this time

For privacy reasons, the writer cannot disclose any further information related to the current Tricking International Federation

The writer is encouraging that legitimate Tricking establishments work to build National Governing Bodies that comply with their respective countries' laws and safe sports practices in order to assist in establish a True Tricking Federation

Below is a conversation with Kathy Duval of the Ministry for Sports in Canada with advice being given to start a National Sports Organization ( Tricking Canada )

Team Affiliation / Sponsorships Omitted From Event Advertising

The below is a snapshot from Hooked 2024's event that live streamed to the world but one important fact the writer would like to point out is how information is presented to the public

In this instance there are 2 competitors

Tiki Wu ( Left ) & Oliva Chen ( Right )

Tiki Wu is Kojos Trick Lab's only officially sponsored athlete, which is not displayed here

Olivia Chen is a sponsored athlete from an organization called UTX which is based out of the UK, which is also not included

Interestingly, the writer would like to point out that UTX is actually a partner of Kojos Trick Lab, adding an even deeper level of interconnectedness

No member of the public would be able to discern that both these athletes are infact members of the same team and that Sam Kojo himself is actually a Judge on the Hooked panel that year who oversaw the preliminaries which selected these athletes into the Top 16, but also that he would be evaluating them without the public knowing that these athletes are on his teams

Also, the judging panel at Hooked 2024 had 3/5 Judges being Kojos Trick Lab affiliates, but only Sam Kojo was partly mentioned during the introduction as being the owner of Kojos Trick Lab - there was no visual display of his affiliation similar to how in the below image there is no visual indication of team or sponsor affiliations of the battling athletes. Only their country of origin is displayed as an indication of who they represent & it's very likely that their respective country's ministry of sports or governing bodies don't actually officially recognize them, as most of the time "National Teams" are generated on the spot at these events

2025 - Bulgaria ( KTL "tour" affiliated event ) Cancelled

In 2024 the launch of an event in Bulgaria resembled a similar cast and crew to what you might expect at other events that appear to be connected to Kojos Trick Lab and their unofficial agency of event productions

In 2025 the event was cancelled due to an issue with the sponsor

Tthe writer did make a commentary video questioning if the owners of the sponsors of Balkan Gathering knew that Kojos Trick Lab was involved and slated to be hired for a majority of the positions

Shortly after it was announced that the event in 2025 would be cancelled due to an issue with the sponsor

No where in the advertising of Bulgaria / Bulkan Gathering was it indicated that the cast and crew that made up the first event was comprised of Kojos Trick Lab & their company, other than "media" being sponsored by Kojos Trick Lab

This is one of many events that gain funding from a sponsor who is unaware of the system/tour that had been setup and that organizers would direct those funds to individuals who run a racket in various countries, failing to disclose their involvement in events and who gain access to funding despite appearing to be registered as "individuals" but who actually function as a coordinated company / agency

Kojos Trick Lab is clearly not just an online tutorial platform but is heavily involved in competitions

Below are images of Bulkan Gathering 2024 & Hooked 2025

Though the same members of Kojos Trick Lab and the black market sponsorship program can be found at other events, such as TBQ, Vertigo, OMFG & anywhere where a Kojos Trick Lab affiliate will designate jobs to other affiliates but fail to disclose this relationship

Including any tours ( offiicial or unofficial ) who also move athletes but fail to disclose the partnership

It's difficult to say that it is a coincidence as it is yearly, systematic and predictable

2025 - Hooked Update

Not too long after this article was released did the writer notice commentary in the marketing of Hooked, mocking anti-corruption seemingly as a possible reference to this article

Before also announcing that it was going to be the last Hooked without a clear explanation as to why

(Left) Hooked 2023 references to the Kerbit Collective

(Right) a Kerbit shirt being worn by a supporter and affiliate of Kojos Trick Lab & the system of promotion that Hooked also implimented

Societal / Political Issues in Tricking

Trafficking to circumvent Domestic Laws

Sophisticated crime groups may use activities or substances which are otherwise banned in their host countries as lures to recruit individuals into their associations

As Tricking has been an internet-global sport with a high level of interconnectivity and travel amongst participants, groups such as the Kerbit Collective has demonstrated using law-circumvention as a promotional tool to lead athletes into environments where illegal activity can be conducted under corrupt supervision

It's inevitable that there will be a clash of cultures and differences, but it's also important to be considerate towards others who hold different belief systems from other countries and respect those differences - especially when it comes to judging athletes in a contest

This is a highly attractive lure / honeypot for children or individuals that are otherwise clean

Again please be advised that once illegal activities are witnessed, blackmail is created and is used by mentors that are actually manipulators

Child Athlete targeted by rival Adult Coach - Repeat Child Harassment

The writer received a report from a family who was participating at an event where during a battle, the child athlete A ( the victim ) was competing against another child athlete B, and a coach who was from another country who was neither the coach for child athlete A or child athlete B interfered during the match and assisted child athlete B during the game

This is one of what appears to have been multiple repeated targeted instancest against the child by the same coach in question

The child notified the writer that this coach in particular would often ask around about how the child is doing, despite being from a separate organization and in another country. This type of conduct is a form of harassment and due to the age differential is not acceptable in our sport, regardless of country

Video evidence was supplied to the writer

The writer did observe in the video that the MC of the event did counter the coaches efforts and indicated to the coach to back off

This is one of a series of incidents where the same coach has targeted the athlete and constitutes for a form of harassment against a very young up-and-coming star athlete

For safety reasons, leading information has been withheld but is available for the proper authorities upon request

The child has been encouraged not to allow such activities diminish or alter their dreams or decisions to pursue them

The adult coach has been made aware of this issue and at this time no further reports have been made regarding this behaviour

2014 - Death Threat / Implications of associating with Bay Area Hustle Team ( BAHT )

In and around the year 2014 the writer recalled an instance that was a controversial and defining era for American Trickers

The writer would like to indicate at the time of writing this ( 2025 ) that below event is based on memory and that information related to this event has largely been swept under the rugs so to speak but that there was controversy and it did have an impact on protections for athletes

There are no public history books in Tricking, and so this will serve as a reference point

For the purposes of protection, a prominent American athlete who will not be named publically had been sponsored by an organization that had a conflict with another prominent Tricking Event in the state of California around 2014

A prominent athlete, who chose to align with an organization called Adrenaline essentially made a choice to which a rival organization, called Loopkicks, did not agree with

It appears to have been a dispute regarding a player being fought over for one side or the other

The writer does not know the exact lead up of events of how the history played out precisely, but at one point the writer recalled information from sources from a Tricking Forum online that individuals from a team on the Loopkicks side called Bay Area Hustle Team left a note or an image in the mailbox for the family member of the organization that sponsored the athlete whose name is being protected

According to rumors, and based on recollection, the there was an image of a gun left on the note at the family home in their mailbox and that the context greatly implied a threat to their family

The writer cannot confirm the exact details, but can only report based on where Bay Area Hustle Team garnered it's reputation as having opposed a rival entity that signed a player that they desired

Bay Area Hustle Team (BAHT) is an underground supplementary team for Loopkicks, based on geographical and social network affiliations

Bay Area Hustle Team (BAHT) was hired by Avery King in 2023 and facilitated an event in Japan, with a history of being known as a gang and having the imagery of gangsters

The writer observed on social media that Avery King under the alias kerb was posting similar imagery of a picture which included a gun and also posted videos that presented the aforementioned protected athlete in a mocking manner. The posts have since been deleted

Avery King was witnessed essentially carrying on a past conflict where the original intention was intended on spreading both fear and hatred

The wrriter would like to indicate that members of Bay Area Hustle Team are associated with Toronto Tricking, Kerbit Collective, Kojos Trick Lab & their team is rarely ever indicated to event sponsors in the advertising and that those members appear to be hired as "individuals" as a loophole despite facilitating essentially mafia style corruption of events around the world

Bay Area Hustle Team appear to strengthen the cause of US Tricking and it's efforts to gain power on the global stage

2022 ~ Present - Criminal Harassment & Pattern of Stalking

As of the date of this writing in 2025, it's unclear if Avery King is still employed or linked to Wombo Meme. A simple search looking into the company lists employees but Avery King is not currently listed

The writer noted behaviour that in addition to plagiarism & a history of using copywritten content without permission, the writer's artistic ambitions, a section of Utopia Tricking was heavily copied from by Avery King without any communication or intentions being expressed

( Utopia Tricking & it's images have a slogan of "living one's anime inspired dreams" derived from popular Anime & Videogame symbology growing up, using a Sun & Moon and Stars logo and popular internet symbols that japanese web users utilize called "Kaomoji" which are used to produce art online ) & the brand having a lot of Japanese culture woven in - reflecting the writer's love for Japanese & Canadian culture growing up and is a reflection of an actual lived experience, detailing the real story of a Canadian Tricker ( the writer, David Milner )

The similarity in art ideas became a theme in Avery King's artistic endeavors, however he appeared to use Kermit the Frog as a symbol and that there were more elements that were not made explicitly clear to the public with the Kerbit Collective. A lot of unexplained symbology and cryptic messages

Here is an example from the writers rough draft account - called TrickingOtaku on instagram

In the past, shirts, videos and other works of art have been shown off in public, as every artist does, citing inspiration & process to authenticate the pieces

Source:
www.instagram.com/trickingotaku

The Kerbit Collective, lead by it's cult leader Kerb ( Avery King ) released shirts with artwork typically generated by A.I.and/or digital artwork programs which featured very similar ideas to that which the writer has been displaying on his rough draft account and past iterations of shirt designs

By 2023 onward the writer noticed that due to the "recruitment" element of the cult, spearheaded by Kerb, by placing Kermit the Frog themed shirts with a Sun, Moon & Stars and other coded languagery and symbol usage that was not made readily available for the public to understand - this was one way of indicating who is part of the cult - as some people displayed a lack of understanding that they were even part of a cult, which indicated that there were layers of understanding to this enterprise that Avery King did not want the public to know immediately and that there required a level of indoctrination in order to be fully initiated

There were younger members in the Toronto Tricking Community, even ones whose names the writer cannot reveal due to being below the age of adulthood who would use similar references to the writer's brand ( Utopia Tricking ) despite there being no collaboration or permission - essentially, other members of the Kerbit Collective may have been under the impression that the writer had a working relationship with Avery King which was never even discussed let alone permitted

By using similar imagery to the writer, it created a false sense of permission & relationship between the writer's contributions to the Toronto Tricking Community & Avery King's pursuit of launching a cult - the writer does not like the feeling of attachment to something that the writer had no awareness was planned to take place and did not consent to be implied to be supportive of

The writer would like to make it abundantly clear that there was never an approval or acceptance process or even a discussion between the development of the Kerbit Collective Cult on the part of Avery King & the writer (David Milner) of Utopia Tricking and the continued efforts to improve the Toronto Tricking Community despite there being similar imagery being used and that infact, Avery King received a public acknowledgement from the writer's Battle Competitors for his activities

The activity amounts to both framing Utopia Tricking as being responsible for Avery's decisions, and that "followers" are part of the same social circle, which they are not

The show of support, via instagram profile pictures similar to the above mentioned, by prominent members of the aforementioned communities which are Toronto Tricking ( Vaios Skretas' ), Cloud City Trickers (Avery King, Jaxon Wong, etc ) from British Colombia & Air Handlers Montreal ( Cedric Cloutier )

The writer ( David Milner ) was at the time injured at the beginning of 2022 and at a rehabilitation centre doing physical conditioning and not participating in these activities or discussions at all but observing via social media as the cult began to reveal itself

The above executive members of the Kerbit Collective make up an unregistered association, and the writer is has a rivalry and opposing view point compared to their politics and direction, and yet Avery King is using Utopia Tricking's artwork as a form of relationship to their association which is not

From 2022 onward the writer maintained observation and studied the behaviour and activities carried out by the cult, and publicly raised concerns on social media

By 2024, the writer noticed that the same recruits, even children were utilizing images of Kermit the Frog and acting under anonymity on the internet, as well as coded-language to promote what are otherwise illicit substances, and/or illicit activities being promoted by or to those below the legal age of consent, activities that are inappropriate by most standards in sports but are tactics used by an individual for the purposes of generating a profit in the sports industry and luring more to the cause under a banner that is similar to Utopia Tricking - but does not represent the views or political direction or even legal entity of Utopia Tricking

The writer observed that the younger generation of Canadian Athletes were being encouraged to participate in a cult & groomed to facilitate the aims of the cult, despite the nature of which being illegal in most cases including business fraud with legitimate organizations and acts of interference / sabotage

Avery King Catfishing / further drug promotion on X

The writer, for the purposes of self defence and protection from what is otherwise an individual who was displaying an ever increasing obsession over the writer's artistry and ideas, and identity, located the public profile by the connections of his associates at Wombo Meme and other members of the Kerbit Collective. Avery King who had not only been using the alternate identity "Kerb" also joined a new cult (Remilia) and began to use the internet as a female X account user named "Jennifer"

Please see the below X profile which by this point has been removed, along with many of Avery King's public profiles, facial images & profiles associated with his true legal identity

The writer noted behaviour that was characteristic of users of the internet who procure banned or illegal materials, typically utilizing crypto-currency to make the transactions, with signs of this the writer noted particular usage of coded language and images of illicit substances - the banner of Avery's X profile appearing to be that of crystal methamphetamine

On Avery's X profile under the name Kerb-Hennifer but also Jennifer, which is linked to his associates at Wombo Meme, he would introduce himself to various members on X using a copy-pasted tweet always repeating:

" hi my name is jen "
No apparent other activity took place in the public side of his profile, no links to an online shop but that private messages were available

Once reported for the potential of promoting illicit substances using coded speech and cryptocurrency as a form of payment,

their profile was taken down by X

Please note the similar usage of Kaomoji, Star and Moon symbology - again which the writer would like to state has a similarity, but no approval in collaboration with the part of the writer & artistic ventures of Utopia Tricking, despite there being a past friendship from 2022 and before

The writer discovered that Avery King, using the name "Jen" amongst a group on X was linked to a crypto-currency meme coin called "CULT" issued by the developer "Milady"

There are a few indiciations, but one of the children recruited into Avery's Kerbit Cult is also now heavily tied to his activities with Crypto-Currency and also indicated was a member of Milady, if the writer recalls correctly

After posting these articles, their activity on the internet had been altered and profile and names were changed

This indicates a pattern of preference towards being involved in high-control cult like socials structures and consistently altering identies and using anonymity in the sphere of online-crypto focused businesses, similar to Silk Road

It is unclear if Avery, going by the name Jennifer is linked to any financial crimes within this cult

(Below) Picture of Avery King / Kerb / Jennifer as of 2024

Unable to pull up a link for reference due to the photos being removed or the writer being blocked from accessing those profiles

At one point the writer was alerted by an individual that wishes to remain anonymous that Avery King had something " diabolical " planned against the writer

Besides a repeated pattern of stalking and elements of interference and sabotage, the writer raised awareness that gang-related criminal offences were beginning to occur in Toronto and that the members intended to affect other communities, constituting for a form of Terrorism, possibly targetting any of their competitors

The writer noted this instance in the event it was necessary to inform law enforcement also and made a public acknowledgement to condemn the behaviour

Avery King then withdrew and later deleted the account it was made on

As of Oct 17th 2025 the same conversation with Avery King where the writer was invited to an underground contest,
the writer advised Avery to back off
We both communicated the desire not communicate with one another, which was initially requested on the part of the writer and Avery appears agreeable to

It has been made explicitly clear that the writer is not a willing participant in the ambitions of Avery King and does not have any communication nor any promotion or desire to be included in any of his activities. Since 2022 there has been no effort on the part of the writer to sustain a friendship and all communications have been hostile and unpleasant

The writer was then blocked and there has not been communication ever since

Anonymous / Internet-Based Crime Groups

Tricking Athletes should be aware that internet users could potentially be apart of anonymous groups that encourage and support illegal activity and could recruit and bring you onto a place called the "Dark Web" and just by participating you could be implicated and therefor controlled via being forced into silence as blackmail had just been generated

There is a group that formed called " Anonymous " and they are often associated with cyber-crimes and promoting illegal activities as well as targetting and coordinating attacks on individuals that they oppose

This is a part of the internet where disturbing activities take place and are often where individuals with criminal intent go to participate and share materials and substances that are banned internationally as well as do business using crypto-currency while concealing their identities

Due to the ever apparent nature of Avery King and his recruitment of children in this direction, it should be brought to the attention of the sport of Tricking that these types of people do exist and based on evidence that is the direction supported by the ever concealed and secretive group nature of the Kerbit Collective and their cult activities

Please be careful and do not just blindly go where "influencers" take you

At this time there is (1) known child that has shown signs of participating and becoming anonymous under the influence of his cult leader Kerb ( Avery King )

Coaches/Mentors/Guardians should raise education and encourage that athletes not be anonymous but instead be registered and appropriately monitored both within a club and training environment and with parents so that the home life of a child outside of a Tricking club is safe

If you or anyone you know is actively being guided into secret groups to participate in illicit activities, this is highly suspicious and parents / authorities should be notified

2023 - Attempted Extortion

The writer attempted to purchase footage from an event that was hosted by an organization called BBB ( Bing Bang Boys ) and collaborated with Kojos Trick Lab for an event ( this was during the discovery process of these activities ) and the writer learned that there was a complex political dynamic that was of unusually high-control in nature

The writer contacted an individual to hire as a videographer whose identity will be concealed for the purposes of safety. The writer and videographer agreed on a price for footage of the Battles and submitted the funds which were accepted

The writer was also informed that there had been (2) other party members that got involved in the process, without the writer's original awareness. These were a videographer named zb.flips and the host of the Battle section of the event named Adam Devenport

The writer spoke with zb.flips who agreed to assist the original videographer for reasons unknown to the writer. The writer did not understand the need for another videographer to get involved and provide a second angle, but it seemed as though the original videographer felt the need to obtain "permission" from zb.flips in order to film

After receiving and posting the footage of the event, Adam Devenport, the host of the Battle Format called "Shapes LIVE Battles" or something along those lines, contacted the writer and demanded $1500 USD to keep the footage up, or remove the footage completely

The writer attempted to reason with Adam Devenport, stating that various individuals would be filming (for free) and posting stories and videos online, boosting audience and providing essentially free promotion and that the original videographer (anonymous) in question was only paid $100 for about 1 hour of work and that it was a reasonable amount of money and that no money would be made from hosting the footage, only that it was going to be hosted for free to the public

Adam Devenport stated that others were free to film at the event except for the writer, and that there would have to be a payment in order to keep the footage up

The writer received a refund from the (name withheld) videographer and took down the footage

The writer was not permitted to film at any Shapes Battle events from then onward unless an unreasonable amount of money was paid, despite every other videographer seemingly having free reign to film as they please and post without issues

This was the first instance where a specific rule was created just for the writer to participate in a way that others were able to without restrictions, constituting another form of discrimination

2020 ~ Present - Potential Female Victim

Despite the age of the female the writer is about to provide a statement of, the writer would like to indicate that she is above the age of legal consent for many activities however does not know that she was essentially inducted and implicated as part of a scheme that she was likely not made explicitly aware of from her first impressions

The writer witnessed a female from another sport that was brought into the community and participated to learn Tricking from her new community, to which she wrote very positive reviews about

The writer witnessed that this female referred to this group as her "new found family", and proudly offered gestures of friendship and support to the group

The writer witnessed that the name protected female was targeted and developed an intimate relationship with a member of the Toronto Tricking Community, however based on observation of the female's activities over the long term, which are generally open on social media, it seems as though the relationship was intentionally kept discreet despite the writer witnessing it developing in person

At some unknown point in time, the writer witnessed on social media that the male involved began to appearingly taunt and provide subtle hints that a sexual relationship was occurring and that the potential for Only Fans viewers ( a recently popular platform for amateur sex workers ) may be part of the equation

The writer is only speculating as there is no link to any Only Fans account, only that the writer can confirm that the friendship group of the male involved ( Avery King ) appeared to be supportive of the online implications of what might have supposed to be a private relationship

The writer noticed that artwork appearing on tee-shirts of an animated version of a female designed by Avery King resembled the female in question, and may have been a tactic used by Avery King to possibly emotionally harm the female by threatening to make public information that based on observation seemed to have been preferred to kept private. A potential form of blackmail / sextortion using information as a means of control and emotional abuse.

The writer recognized that at some point the relationship ended and that the female moved onto another male and has a more publicly known relationship

It's unclear if the female was initially brought into the group for the purposes of trafficking or exploiting or if the nature of the relationship formed was for genuine reasons or business reasons, but the writer observed this instance as an element to what happens in the Kerbit Collective and the activities of the cult leader

The writer would like to point out that the female in question also publicly indicated that she was a member of the cult at one point, by using a profile picture of a variation of Kermit the Frog as an indication & assisted in their activities

The writer would like to point out that this female was informed that the situation she was in was illegitimate in nature, despite the fact that the female is linked to Canadian Sports Organizations in other sports as a coach. The writer also noted that this famale withholds her involvement with US Tricking on her official resume which is fully updated to 2025 on her website, which indicates that she is intentionally concealing her involvement in what is otherwise an illegitimate sports community who exercise fraudulent & coercive behaviours

2011 ~ 2012 - Female Victim

In and around the year 2011 the writer witnessed the first instance of harassment towards a woman who was part of a Tricking group who had been moving towards advancements in her career, and separated from a male in the same social circle and the subsequent hateful behaviour ensued as she separated

The writer recalls to the best of his ability witnessing phone calls and voicemails being left to prank and otherwise spread negative emotions seemingly out of revenge

The writer did not know the entirety of the events but witnessed the actual harassment taking place in person

The writer noted that that kind of behaviour never took place in person when the female victim was in the presence of any of the members in the friendship circle, but that the members of the group ( Toronto Tricking back then named Team Impulse ) were friendly & pleasant towards her despite a separate face in private

The writer recognized that the same pattern of behaviour exists in the modern day only on a more complex and subtle level, yet discrimination is still practised by the same group of people for similar reasons

This was the first instance of seeing ostracization / discrimination due to a difference in political direction in Toronto

2023 ~ Present - Potential Female Victim #2

In and around 2025 the writer noted a female that maintained a profile picture with a variation of Kermit the Frog, who the writer has also witnessed is part of the Kerbit Collective affected events in Canada & USA.

The writer requested information with this female who the writer estimates to be in her early 20s

The female indicated in what the writer interpreted as a joking manner that she was self aware that she was in a cult but also indicated that she found a Kermit the Frog profile picture independently and indicated that many other people did so also, essentially self-electing themselves into the cult without Avery King distributing one that he generated on his own

The writer was given the impression that the female did not seem to be aware of the larger conspiracy, making her potentially an entry level member rather than a higher up within the organization

The writer noticed that her name had been used in advertising for events, though stated she is not signed to any formal or official teams

The writer was informed that this athlete was compensated by having her travel covered to an event in Toronto where her name was used

The female is indicated to be in a relationship with a non-Kerbit Collective member and does not seem to be aware of any sexual element to the cult

2018 ~ Present - Potential Victims

The writer would like to recognize the efforts of a sub-community of Canadian athletes who barely reached the legal age of adulthood who have been involved in the Canadian Tricking Community and have shown a willingness to comply with the law and organize themselves appropriately despite having to maneuver through a highly pro-american coercive environment

The writer recognizes that not all members of the Kerbit Collective or individuals in the communities are even fully aware of the situation and that in order to participate at all in Tricking requires a wilful act of "looking the other way" or "turning a blind eye" to the injustices that take place in the community

As there is a strong majority consensus and pro-american political regime that has seized control of community, it is extremely difficult and potentially dangerous for any athletes to raise opposition or show support to any who oppose them

There is a list of individuals that deserve protections based on innocence and situational pressures to conform

2024 - Male Victim Targeted Online

The writer witnessed an online attack on a Canadian athlete who will be protected for the purposes of defending against further online hate acts

The writer understands that the victim in this situation is not involved in any feuds, is no longer a practicing Tricker and has visible disability

The writer witnessed a large number of individuals who belong to the trafficking movement called "bbb" or "Bing Bang Boys" whose membership is often dualized with members of the Kerbit Collective

The writer witnessed an immense amount of comments insulting and attacking a Canadian who did not do anything, simply because footage of that Canadian existed and that spreading hatred appeared to be a cultural practice, continued generationally by members of the Kerbit Collective and their affiliates

The writer raised public concern and when attempting to find the post online on instagram could not locate it

The writer noticed that in exchange for online coordinated political attacks, which foster team work and cooperation, the individuals that lead these campaigns are typically elevated within the underground sponsorship program

The writer noticed that despite these public attacks, Kojos Trick Lab affiliates tend to be promoted

Approximately 2015 ~ Present - Potential Male Victim

The writer would like to recognize that one male is the only formally sponsored athlete from Kojos Trick Lab, and validates that any event that he goes to, he goes there representing that organization, and so does not consider his actions to be criminal in nature as both Sam Kojo & the male victim make it public knowledge that the intentions are to present him as their official sponsored athlete

The writer does not know the technical legal internal paperwork related to the sponsorship, but can plainly see that the male is in a situation where he is the only athlete that should receive protections based on attempting to be as transparent as possible about his connections to Kojos Trick Lab

2023 ~ Present - Japanese Tricking Child-Community

The writer observed that the Kerbit Collective launch in Japan was intended to be presented as a sports event and that the understanding that there was a cult / sexual element to it was a hidden component from the general public and average attendee.

Parents, Coaches & Participants from Japan that attended were there to experience international culture

The writer recognizes that children who purchased apparel were not of the understanding that it was a form of "sponsorship" and indication to other members of the cult that they were also inducted without full knowledge & consent and were now members of the underground fraternity & possibly would be groomed to carry out it's goals

The writer would like to express that protections are necessary to innocent members of the Japanese Tricking Community particularly those who were children under the legal age of alcohol consumption down to the youngest the writer witnessed may have been approximately 7 or 8 years old

The event organizer Kenta Furusho was informed of the Canadian's endeavours to hosting an event with the intention of inducting attendees into a cult having a sexual & drug element to it

The organizer has been slowly hiding Avery King's participation in the community, possibly continuing to aid his activities and acting as an accessory

Avery King has since privatized his social media and does not advertise or disclose his participation or activities related to Tricking any longer

Children are possibly continuing to be being groomed into the cult at this time

Using Popular Media (Anime) to Help With Understanding

Disclaimer: This may not resonate with all audiences

By using a relatiable phenomenon that is familiar to age demographic of the writer, many athletes might be able to learn lessons from it, even though it is from a fictional story, it can be a helpful tool to help athletes to realize which side they align with

This is one of the features to Utopia Tricking that the writer set out to establish - living one's Anime Inspired Dreams

( but actually in real life )

The below is an image of a team called Team Rocket from the popular franchise Pokemon

Societal Issue - Modern Image of Tricking

The writer observed that the modern day image of Tricking has changed in a way that is similar to how skateboarders or even gangsters might present themselves

The writer observed that presenting oneself this way, the modern day Tricker may live a lifestyle that is not conducive to professionalism and does not encourage a positive influence on the younger generation, and does not give a positive impression to the general public, parents, professionals and potential sponsors / donors or audience for the sport

Please see the below image of Revival, one of the events that is part of US Tricking which has absorbed Avery King to do their marketing and are strong associates of the Kerbit Collective

"Community Leadership" Enablers
& Negligent Environments at Open Gyms
Societal Issue

Based on observation & reflection, the writer came to the conclusion that one of the preventative factors that would necessitate a higher form of regulation and authority over the development of the Toronto Tricking Community is the fact that an environment on the premises of any establishment will likely result in the production of individuals who become relaxed, negligent and permissive of what are otherwise inappropriate, unacceptable and/or criminal conduct on the property that they are legally obligated and responsible to protect and the individuals who reside within it

This means that Tricking Academies or Movement Centres that run open gym programs have to comply with Canadian Law & employ individuals who are experienced and assertive enough to enforce the rules, in order to mitigate potential harm and the subsequent development of individuals who could go on to strengthen qualities that harm society

The writer observed that criminal organizations don't just spawn randomly, they take time to form and there are degrees of indoctrination and grooming, and it's the responsibility of all members of a society to do one's part and to regulate our own behaviour, but also recognize right from wrong and assert ourselves to correct the behaviour of others when it crosses the boundaries that constitute for unhealthy behaviour in a social setting

I have to recognize that the Kerbit Collective Cult developed over many years, in fact generations, and that it is only the modern day rendition of a pre-existing network of individuals who have been increasingly daring and increasingly more collusive and secretive regarding their activities, and that the Monkey Vault Training Centre became a place where they could conspire, conduct "business" as well as enact their plans without any repercussions due to the negligence of the individuals who were in a position of power and responsibility in the establishment

In simple terms, the Monkey Vault Training Centre is essentially a hide-out or a headquarters where illegal activities can take place for a sports community that does not want to follow Canadian Law, Sports Regulation or respect their customer base

Please see the below image which indicates that there is a "Tricking" program on the Monkey Vault Website that includes photographs of an individual named Nelson Lin, who, based on the writer's research and interview of the owner of the establishment ( Dan Iaboni ), the writer learned that Nelson Lin ( an affiliate of Toronto Tricking & a member of the Kerbit Collective Cult ) is not an official employee of the establishment, and yet is featured on the website and heavily implied to be the instructor teaching at the establishment

Please see the below images for details

Under Schedule, the instructor is listed as "General Staff" as a loophole

Below is the conversation confirming that none of the individuals affiliated with "Toronto Tricking" & "Kerbit Collective Cult" are officially employees confirmed by the owner of the Monkey Vault Training Centre

The writer would like to indicate that Dan Iaboni has been a positive contributing member of the development of the Toronto Tricking Community since the very first launch of the Monkey Vault back in 2008 and even a bit before then. The writer would like to go out of his way to point out that Dan Iaboni personally oversaw and provided physical labour to build several iterations of the Monkey Vault over the years and put an immense amount of his life into building it for the community, and goes down in the history as being one of, if not the first movement centres in the history of the sport, built specifically as a home for Canadian Trickers to train & foster progress

The writer strongly suspects that Dan Iaboni was largely unaware of a larger conspiracy that would implicate his business in sports corruption as well as the development of a sex cult. The writer recognizes that the situation is complex, and that communication and cooperation are necessary to guide Tricking forward towards legitimacy for Canadians & safety for athletes but that there had been foreign political interference at play that was being kept secret, likely even from Dan Iaboni & that the coaches employed at the Monkey Vault were not able to recognize nor intervene in the plots that had been unfolding

The writer was largely unaware of the private collusion and intentions of organizations such as Kojos Trick Lab & US Tricking from launching an invasion utilizing Canadians to enact their intention to commit regime change & seize Canadian Cultural Heritage

To recognize what happened requires necessary expertise in the field of Tricking which there are very few Canadian athletes can provide as well as integrity which is even fewer. Expertise is necessary regarding Sports Corruption, to be able to effectively intervene and cease these activities. The writer is one of the few in the world that can detect & is one of the few in the world actively addressing Sports Corruption at this stage in the development of the sport

The writer did have this conversation with Dan Iaboni, owner of the Monkey Vault and can produce verifiable evidence that the image is not altered in any way, as it is a conversation on facebook that remains intact but that the writer cannot link a reference to due to login permissions that are private ( the writer's personal facebook )

That being said, it is an issue that Nelson Lin is presented on the Monkey Vault website, yet is not an official employee of the Monkey Vault as indicated clearly in the conversation above

The writer would like to indicate that it was witnessed on Vaios Skretas' original website, that he was available for in person instruction and would accept bitcoin as a method of payment. The writer also witnessed seminar and group lessons being carried out by Vaios, but that there does not appear to be any formal and public agreements made on the website ( Vaios' or the Monkey Vaults' ) or in person advertising by the part of the Monkey Vault that Vaios Skretas is an instructor there

The writer would like to point out that it should be necessary and required for individuals who are coaches and teaching the community to be officially employed, especially if they are being promoted on the website as this could border on exploitation of labour and does not protect athletes properly, nor protect prospective learners or athletes being inducted into an organization or worse, a hidden cult

This is an understandable yet ever growing issue affecting Tricking Communities around the world as "teams" and "businesses" are remaining on the underground level rather than developing properly to meet the standards of society. It's an even bigger issue when "teams" and "businesses" form into larger governing bodies and choose to remain clandestine and begin to scout, recruit and groom individuals via fraud/coercion to participate in what are otherwise illegal activities, to the benefit of those who receive the proceeds of crime/corruption

This environment is where criminal organizations are born over the long term, and unless treated, could spread to influence and affect many individuals to the detriment of safe sports & the principles that constitute for a safe and fair competitive society

The writer attempted to speak reasonably with the individuals who are involved, to which there was much denial, deflection & gaslighting. This has prompted the writer to have no choice but to raise public awareness and concern and begin the process of leading a corrective initiative on the writer's own home city of Toronto's underground sports community, and any Trickers that would claim to be Torontonian or even Canadian for that matter but work against a legitimate cause, as their activities have grown to include international corruption & the falsification of Canadian History which is a direct attack against one's own home city / country

Solution to Illegitimate Business - Societal Issue

The writer recommends to follow the course of what an individual who is bridging the gap between amateur / grass-roots entrepreneurship and fully fledged Tricking Coach or Tricking Business Owner would entail. This means that if there are programs being run from an establishment, the individuals involved should be officially connected and that students should be officially registered to that program, with parents having the opportunity to be introduced to instructors and that everyone is on the same page

There are typically learning strategies, courses and structure that is outlined for prospective learners to follow, which helps to validate the authenticity and intentions of genuinely raising customers to achieving their goals

There are programs that operate out of Good Life Fitness ( for example ) where influencers and grass-roots amateur coaches apply to run their own programs out of designated areas, on a schedule and with approval, have their own program and meet standards outlined by their partner ( in this case Good Life ), based on the writer's observations of comparable career paths in Canada

There should be a way to formally link community building, developing professional careers while keeping Canadian Law & Charter of Rights protections for athletes despite there being grey areas. There needs to be a general direction towards meeting the bare-minimum expectations and standards that Canadian society has set out, and again the writer needs to indicate that an environment where this does not take place could eventually lead towards the development of people who grow in a criminal direction

Negative Influencers ( Non-Tricking, but still related ) - Societal Issue

The need for positive rolemodels has become apparent to the writer due to the ever growing lack of responsibility that "influencers" may have over their "followers" on social media

Please read the below article regarding a financial scam that was "promoted" to young and impressionable youth

The instance was referred to as the "JP Morgan ATM Infinite Money Glitch"

This is an instance that occurred in real life and was started on social media and spread due to a vulnerability. In short it had to do with cheque fraud and encouraged prospective users of this "glitch" to write a false cheque for a high amount of money and deposit it at an ATM, and requesting the funds which were made readily available

Please read the below article to understand the power of influencers and social media on impressionable / at-risk youth who may not be educated enough to make responsible decisions yet

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/04/16/jpmorgan-chase-infinite-money-glitch-bank-lawsuits.html

Sports Rivalry / Overly Competitive Nature - Societal Issue

The writer would like to acknowledge that martial arts & other sports emphasize the need to show respect and to conduct oneself appropriately, especially when you're either on the stage, in the dojo or on the field

It's customary to shake hands, give props, a hi-five or even hug an opposing team after matches, and discuss the game, giving recognition to each other in an effort to show good sportsmanship and to keep competition healthy

Tricking being an unregulated sport means that not all athletes are taught how to conduct themselves appropriately, and competitive instincts and dynamic if managed improperly, even guided by people who intend to produce destructive or otherwise malicious outcomes, means that athletes' competitive spirit could be used for the wrong purposes and the writer believes that this is a contributing factor to how athletes could turn from team members into gang members and carry out criminal offences

Competitive energy being invested into continued learning, physical conditioning, healthy hobbies and interests as well as having a healthy work life and social life balance could mean that athletes could participate and not go in a harmful direction to oneself or others

Athletes need good coaches and positive role models to help guide them towards positive outcomes

Tricking does not yet have this here in Canada

Entertainment Industry vs Sports Integrity - Societal Issue

The writer would like to point out that a growing issue in Tricking is the cross-over of the entertainment ( acting ) industry where artists are encouraged to develop a particular mindset which is geared towards scripted / staged performance as opposed to the reality of conflict and true sense of competition and sportsmanship that athletes require in order to facilitate a legitimate battle event in Tricking

Many Trickers seeking to gain entry in the entertainment industry may unintentionally or intentionally begin to allow for a cross over of what is required to become a compliant performance actor which contradicts the traits required to compete at a high level as a genuine Champion, where performance is based not on acting but on a genuine drive to dominate

The writer observed that athletes that are leaning towards the entertainment industry have difficulty discerning that competitions are not a place where any form of acting should occur. It is not a place where competitors are given a script and are encouraged to follow any type of pre-determined "story" as this begins to constitute for Sports Corruption, especially if the audience is under the impression that the event is a real contest. There are some organizations that have elements of acting and it interferes with the true spirit of a battle. This is a societal issue and it should be brought into the awareness of the public that some athletes are actors and that others are truely aspiring to become champions, and that it is a conflict of fundamental philosophies

Actors reduce a sense of competition amongst each other as co-workers, as in their case it is a collaboration between two people who are engaged in a scripted "fight" that is typically rehearsed like in the world of stunt performers or wrestling shows, a real contest is supposed to be between two people from separate parties/teams or nations and are not working together but against each other in an attempt to overcome the other. This is a healthy way to participate in real competitive emotions while keeping it safe and in a healthy environment, channeled towards sports and bringing true glory

A true battle is supposed to be clearly between two individuals fighting for themselves. It might be that the contestants are friends, but the purpose of integrity in sports is for athletes to abide by an honour code, which is to genuinely give their best efforts to win

Actors actually reduce the sense of competition when cooperation turns into collusion, it causes interference. This is why it is necessary for athletes to be separated and to train in environments that are reflective of their outward image and marketing as opposed to any type of show being produced which entertains but ultimately misleads the audience

Legitimate Clubs mixed with Illegitimate Clubs - Legal Issue

One of the growing issues within the sport and it's increase in population of criminal activity but also in general not obeying the rules of society is that event organizers accept teams of students which originate from a legitimate Tricking academy, but also are accepted unofficial teams where athletes are registered independently, despite functioning as a team

This is an issue for various reasons, including that unregistered athletes may conduct activities that would break the code of conduct at any legitimate establishment and even interfere with the progress of legitimate establishments which should warrant suspensions

There are no suspensions or measures of control against athletes who engage in inappropriate conduct in Tricking, due to a lack of regulation at this time

Athletes are typically registered as individuals despite coming from home clubs

It is an accomplishment for a business to be established and athletes to be trained from day 1 and is a natural source of pride for the coaches and club owner, in addition to running a legitimate business and complying with the rules of society

Enabling a group that takes short cuts and placing them in the same contest as legitimate clubs is an insult to the members of the Tricking Community who do play by the rules

Taking short cuts, or cheating will provide quick results that are beneficial to those who engage in them, but it creates an un-even playing field and discourages those who do play by the rules

There needs to be a formal association, league and regulating body to ensure that contests are sanctioned and administered in an appropriate manner

Athletes that participate in unsanctioned competitions and who participate in unregulated environments are at an increase risk of engaging in collusive and other inappropriate behavior

Athletes who play within the rules abide by an honour code and should deserve the opportunity to play amongst others who can be trusted to also do the same

2025 - Prevention of Further Commission of Offences

The writer would like to recognize the importance of preserving peace & order and to assist the good citizens who play by the rules and to prevent the next generation from entering into a scenario where the possibility of interacting with on-going criminal groups and participating in criminal offences is likely to occur

The writer believes that it is necessary to issue warnings, create a separation between individuals who play by the rules & those who are either seeking loopholes in order to enact their schemes or simply break the rules/laws all together

The writer believes that it is in the best interest of the public to be educated and encourage that those who are running legitimate Tricking businesses continue to do so in compliance with the rules of their country, participate as good sportsmen and women, as well as develop a logical format and system of promotion within the industry based on merit, and allow for a National Sports Organization Governing Body and it's structure to lead the good athletes of the world towards the Olympics by following the proper channel toward there

The writer understands that there are still athletes who are continued in their intentions to commit criminal offences but do so by concealment, and still aim to recruit others and potentially exploit others, all while presenting themselves to be positive contributing members of society & yet encourage many illegal activities along the way, even if towards the Olympics

It's necessary to expose corruption in these instances

The writer believes that the best possible direction to go in is to prevent the commission of further offences by raising awareness and continuing to advocate for clean sport, and by addressing roadblocks that prevent the community & future athletes from getting there. This means helping to transition others with education & positive reinforcement to integrate into society, protecting the rules, and giving recognition to the original sources, and to abstain from cruelty & other heinous ( even if legal ) acts

The writer recognizes that the law changes to reflect the times and that it is necessary in general to advocate for good sportsmanship overall. The writer understands that laws once protected businesses such as slavery, and thus it is necessary to proceed at times to advocate and fight against laws that protect immoral and unethical behaviours that still plague society today

The writer will continue to do activism & raise awareness about modern day issues affecting Tricking with the hopes of creating a positive future for practitioners of the sport of Tricking

2025 - Canadian Progress ( or lack there of )

The writer would like to provide insight from having nearly 20 years of experience in the field

Compared to the rest of the world, Canadian Tricking has fallen behind

We do not have serious coaches, the environments are not safe, the business and relationships with international organizations are illogical, unofficial and/or corrupted, and prospective learners are encouraged to either join these underground teams which function more accurately as gangs, or are discouraged from Tricking for failing to participate

Groups of experienced athletes use "culture" as justification to enforce a belief system that may be based on spreading conflict rather than creating a neutral environment where professionals can teach prospective learners who can then go off and become who they envision themselves as within Tricking

Younger athletes are scouted and encouraged to participate in underground "movements" rather than legitimate clubs or programs for Tricking

The solution is to have a more neutral Canada when it comes to sports, with athletes who are loyal to their local clubs and local teams, and elevate on a local level to the level of being provincial and national champions, before being sponsored by a Governing Body to compete internationally representing Canada & their home club, or choosing to move on to wherever they want to go. A Governing Body would make criteria very clear for the public, judges & athletes to understand as well as implement safety procedures & provide opportunities to report issues and remedy them

If Canadians were to implement a system that is readily available, outlined by amateur sports leagues here in Canada, instead of being "loyal" to a past conflict that is happening in the USA or elsewhere, we can help to prevent political instability while at the same time providing the next generation the opportunity to train and receive protections for being in the sports for the right reasons, especially as Canadian athletes representing positive change & a proper system of promotion

By having athletes be loyal to their local teams, we can also create a genuine team dynamic. These days teams don't really exist because single players will play for multiple teams, even in multiple countries at the same time - Teamwork is meaningless when you don't truly play with loyalty

When some athletes are loyal and dedicated to their home club, having individuals who play between multiple teams is a conflict - you don't know if they're exchanging information on players (espionage), or finding ways to gain an unfair advantage using deception or collusion - we need athletes to develop legitimate teams and to develop strategies that make them unique and to have a symbol that they truly represent. Competitions should be a surprise for judges to evaluate, and athletes should be developing individuality among their team mates and clubs rather than cookie-cutter molds trying to be the same as everyone else, which is generally what "movements" encourage

One of the key reasons that athletes form majorities is because people feel safe in numbers, and people team up because they can relate to each other and are willing to all become the same in order to feel safe. This is illogical and works against the foundation of sports, which is supposed to be divisive - people are supposed to be on separate teams and are supposed to compete in a healthy way. You can still have adversarial competitors but still exercise healthy sportsmanship

Also, instead of majorities, there should be an equal number of players on each team & joining competitions

In situations where multiple clubs come together to compete against each other, there should be regulation to ensure that those clubs are legitimate & not underground unofficial communities seeking loopholes to enter. Also, clubs sending in a single champion, or a team of equal number of players balances a competition making it fair. It is a massive issue that teams have no restrictions in the number of players they recruit in Tricking, and so we see competitions are overwhelmed by a majority, and use numbers to gain an advantage, yet use loopholes by registering themselves as individuals, and then publicly are marketed as individuals, yet on their other social media, they represent various teams - there is a massive amount of confusion because people do not represent a single sponsorship, team or club, and so athletes take on multiple different identities creating complex levels of understanding that take away meaning of a victory. Who does the victory and glory go to when you play for multiple teams at the same time? Ideally, to the original source

It's impossible for the general public to understand the story playing out and what's happening when people have multiple identities to varying degrees of visibility and present themselves differently depending on who their audience is. The writer believes it is necessary for one's public identity to be practiced in private training & be a reflection of who they truly are

Athletes who are loyal will naturally represent who they are and where they come from, in all situations, and for all to see

Canadians do not have a healthy environment to train in, which is why intervention is necessary, why corruption needs to be removed from the equation, and that legitimate sports organization needs to be introduced

Maintaining political power in order to turn a community into a profit-driven, potentially human exploitation situation is not appropriate for a sports community. It is absolutely necessary to have the correct leadership in charge leading with integrity and vision, with a respect for the enforcement of the rules and regulations to keep Team Canada on track to victory. Infact, governing bodies are typically non-profit organizations that are approved and given budgets, because it's a community driven project

At this time, Canada is barely ever represented internationally. The writer ( David Milner ) may be the only Canadian to have won internationally, despite the fact that there are several Canadians that could compete, but do not have the proper guidance

The skill level of an average Canadian athlete is barely comparable to other countries, and the health of Canadian Tricking is reaching a critical low. It is necessary to make changes and implement a healthier structure
